These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HealRoad website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
HealRoad is a digital platform that helps users discover, compare, and connect with independent healthcare providers. HealRoad is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Scope of Services
HealRoad provides tools and information to help users:
- Explore treatments and clinics/providers
- Request and receive offers/quotes from clinics/providers
- Communicate and coordinate logistics related to the healthcare journey
- Access informational content (e.g., guides, articles)
No Medical Services: HealRoad does not provide medical care. Any medical services are provided solely by independent clinics, hospitals, doctors, or other healthcare providers (“Providers”). Providers are responsible for the medical services they deliver, including quality, outcomes, pricing, and compliance with laws and professional standards.
4. No Medical Advice
Content and information on the Services are provided for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on HealRoad.
5. Accounts & User Responsibilities
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to share your password or allow others to access your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
6. Requests, Quotes, and Provider Relationships
When you submit a request through HealRoad, we may share your information with Providers so they can evaluate your request and respond with offers/quotes. Quotes, availability, medical suitability, and final pricing are determined by Providers, not HealRoad.
Contract with Providers: Any medical service agreement is between you and the Provider. HealRoad is not a party to such agreements, and we do not guarantee any outcome, price, or availability.
7. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Services, HealRoad does not process payments for medical treatment. Payments for treatment (including deposits and refunds) are handled directly between you and the Provider, under the Provider’s terms.
If HealRoad offers paid platform features or service fees in the future, the applicable fees, billing terms, and refund policy (if any) will be disclosed at the time of purchase and will form part of these Terms.
8. Travel & Logistics
If we assist with logistics such as transportation, accommodation suggestions, or itinerary coordination, these services may be provided by third parties. HealRoad does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. You are responsible for verifying travel requirements (including visas, insurance, and entry rules) and for your own travel decisions.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
- Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law.
- Post or transmit content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes rights of others.
10. User Content
You may submit content such as messages, documents, photos, or reviews (“User Content”). You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You grant HealRoad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Services and to facilitate your requests to Providers.
We may remove or restrict access to User Content if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by HealRoad or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may include links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand them.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealRoad disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
HealRoad does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealRoad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealRoad’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount (if any) you paid to HealRoad for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or certain consumer rights).
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealRoad, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
18. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services or update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.
Where permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Türkiye.
