Some clinics pass our Quality Check, while others complete a deeper process and receive the HealRoad Certificate.

- What it is not
- It does not guarantee medical results. It confirms verified standards and operational reliability.
What does “Quality Checked” mean?
HealRoad Quality Checked indicates that a clinic has passed HealRoad’s baseline verification process and meets the minimum quality standards required to provide offers on the platform.
This status shows that the clinic has been reviewed across key areas related to transparency, medical responsibility, patient communication, and care continuity.
Quality Checked is designed to answer one core question for patients:
“Is this clinic suitable to receive and manage my treatment request responsibly?”
Clinic Identity & Legal Verification
The clinic’s official details, legal operation status, and authorised representatives are reviewed to ensure traceability and accountability.
Medical Team & Professional Background
The educational background and medical specialisations of treating doctors are reviewed, along with the alignment between proposed treatments and professional expertise.
Transparent Offer Standards
