It had been a long time since I wanted to improve my appearance with a Hollywood smile and hair transplantation. Two months ago, I decided to start researching clinics in Istanbul that offered both treatments. I found many clinics and collected information to see which one would suit me best. After arriving in Istanbul, I visited a few clinics for in-person consultations and finally chose Turkeyana because of their clear and transparent communication from the start. My wife and I are very happy with their professional services, from the treatment teams to interpreters, transfer staff and receptionists. Since we came for both treatment and a holiday, we didn’t use the hotels provided in the packages and still had a great experience.We want to thank the dental team—Dr. Merve, Dr. Umit, Dr. Berke, Maryam, and the lab team—for being so friendly and giving me a beautiful smile. Thanks to Ibrahim Alissa, the interpreter for his invaluable support who helped us understand every single step and arranged all the appointments, including connecting us with the hair transplant department. Special thanks to Dr. Hussein and the hair transplant team for their great work—I can’t wait to see the results! Everything was really great, the service and the staffs are excellent at their job.

From start to finish my experience with Dentica was amazing. My English co-ordinator Sandra is worth her weight in gold 🫶🏻 she talked me through every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble for her, even when I messaged her at ridiculous times 😂 When I arrived in Istanbul i was met at the other end by the transfer company who took me to the hotel. I was picked up on the Monday morning and drove to the clinic. The clinic is beautiful and immaculately clean. All the staff were amazing! so friendly and welcoming. I was talked through all my options again and decided to go for 24 zirconium crowns. I can’t express how pleased I am with the finished result. I was really concerned that they wouldn’t look natural but they’re honestly better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you Dentica, I don’t think iv stopped smiling since leaving your clinic 😁

This is my second review about how untrustworthy Turkeyana is.they charged us for the procedures, due to bad experience we decided to decline the procedures and they were supposed to refund our money of course they deducted all the bullshit fees and on Nov,15 they claimed they refunded our money and that we had to follow-up with our bank, AZIZ is the rep who was assigned to us assured us that you will have your refund guaranteed!! such a lairs they are!!! it has been 13 days since they claimed they refunded us and when i contacted my bank they said there is no trace of a refund usually for international it comes through within 3-5 days and bank can confirm it. but this was not the case,they are PURE SCAMERS!!! and THIVES!! i made several attempts to contact they customer service no one responds to my calls nor emails. Be Carful Be Careful Be Careful!!ill be more than happy to talk to anyone to provide more information to expose them and their wrong doing business.

Avoid that place, waste of money and no results

Dealt with Alec the Russian lad...he was 100% great and kept me in the loop and made me feel at ease. The dentist is highly recommended aswell as the standard is high

Everything went smooth, the transfer was nice , the hotel was nice too. At the clinic Everyone was very friendly and nice especially Denis that was ther to make sure everything was good and took care of me, finaly i meet Sandra she was very lovely and helpful. I totally recomand the clinic. Thanks guys and see you in a couple of mouths to finish the job. Best wishes.

It was my 2nd visit back to Turkey and Esterian. Got to be honest and say the 1st visit was much more pleasant. This time not so. Felt the personal care i received the 1st time around was just missing. Was it because they are situated in a bigger facility and that personal care has been lost some. There was confusion from the start over the balance even thou i had sent my flight times and duration to the team months in advance and reconfirmed days before i landed. My lunch after surgery was badly timed and cold so was missed. Trying to get a glass of water during surgery was needed to be asked twice from the staff. I should of taken some in i guess but everything happens at once when your there. Just the small things i felt was lacking from this team. On a positive note the facility is professional looking and clean. Hopefully the team will take these notes on board for future clients to Turkey.
