All-on-4 in March with my sister, worried about temporary teeth timing

I am planning All-on-4 Dental Implants in Türkiye for March and my sister will come with me for 6 days. The clinic says this is enough for the first stage and temporary teeth, but I am nervous because my flight back is already fixed and I cannot easily extend. My questions are more about logistics than dental decisions. If there is swelling, extra appointment, or lab delay, do clinics normally build in one buffer day? One quote includes 5 hotel nights, another says 7 nights is safer. Of course I know nobody can promise everything perfect, but I am trying to avoid a stupid schedule. Also, how did you handle food after? Hotel breakfast looks good online but maybe not useful if I cannot eat much. I feel embarrassed asking them simple things like this, but these small things are what make me panic more than the surgery.
