BBL quote includes nurse visit but not much else

I have been comparing Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) quotes for about six weeks and I feel like I understand less now than at the start. I am not asking for medical advice, just trying to plan the boring parts properly. One clinic says the package includes hotel, airport transfer, one nurse visit, medication, and garment. Another clinic is more expensive but includes two checks before I fly home and they wrote down a clear WhatsApp follow-up plan for after I return. The cheaper one says “everything is included” but then when I asked about extra garment, blood test, and changing flight if the doctor says wait, they answered only half. My sister can come with me but only for four nights because of work. I was first thinking that is enough because the clinic handles transport, but now I am wondering if having her leave early will make the recovery part feel too stressful. I also worry about being stuck in a hotel room and needing something simple like food or help getting to the lobby. Did anyone choose a slightly more expensive clinic mainly because the recovery planning sounded more organised? I am not rich, so every difference matters, but I also don't want to save money and then be panicking over small things.
