Airport transfer question

My first impression was mostly accurate. The clinic that replied slowly but answered every boring question was also calmer in person. The airport transfer was simple but important because I arrived late and did not want to negotiate taxis half asleep.

For me the first impression matched the admin side more than the surgery day. The clinic that sent a clear transfer name, hotel address, and pickup time was also the one that kept small promises. I saved screenshots because after a long flight my brain was not working.
