All-on-4 deposit paid, now I have second thoughts

I paid a small deposit last week for All-on-4 Dental Implants in Istanbul and now I am in that annoying stage where I read too much and scare myself. My appointment is planned for mid-June. At first I felt happy because the coordinator answered quickly and sent a neat schedule. Airport pickup, hotel, scan, consultation, treatment days, temporary teeth, then return visit months later. It sounded organised. But after the deposit I asked more questions and the answers became shorter. Maybe they are busy, maybe I am being too nervous. I asked who exactly I message if something feels wrong after I fly home, and whether the second trip price is fixed or can change. They replied “don’t worry, we support you” but not with detail. I don’t want to cancel just because I am anxious. I also don’t want to ignore a bad sign. For people who did dental travel, did your communication slow down after deposit? Did you ask for a named dentist/coordinator for follow-up? I am trying to make a calm checklist instead of panicking at 1am.
