Arm lift recovery alone at hotel

Has anyone stayed alone after an Arm Lift? I have a quote I like, but I keep thinking about opening doors, showering, suitcase, ordering food. The clinic says nurses check me and coordinator is available, but I do not know if alone is realistic.
