February DHI and hotel distance

Booked DHI Hair Transplantation for February, not paid full amount yet. The clinic package says hotel is included but when I checked the map it seems 35-40 minutes by car depending traffic. Is that normal? I do not need luxury hotel, I just worry after procedure if I am tired and need go back for washing/check. Coordinator says transfer will handle it, but I am still nervous because I travel alone and my flight lands late evening. Anyone had hotel not very near and it was fine?
