I have short question. If clinic answer very fast but not detail, is this bad sign for Gastric Sleeve?

Fast but shallow answers made me uneasy for gastric sleeve. I needed written details about tests, surgeon, hospital, translator, and follow-up before I felt comfortable.

For gastric sleeve I would also check if the person replying is a coordinator or medical staff. Quick is fine, but I wanted a proper pre-op list and clear hospital name before sending passport details.
