I am scared

I wrote down my questions last night and realised most of them are not medical questions, they are planning questions. For Body Hair Transplantation, I am trying to understand who I actually talk to after I land, whether the hotel is close enough if I feel tired, and what happens after I fly home. One clinic sent a clean PDF but avoided the follow-up part. Another clinic sent messy WhatsApp voice notes but answered every small question. I am not sure which one should make me more confident. My main takeaway so far: the practical details mattered more than the glossy before/after photos.
