I did video consult first for Botox, but I treated it like screening, not final trust. My checklist was: who does the injections, can they explain limits from photos/video, what happens if I dislike the result, follow-up contact, and total price in writing. Responsiveness helped, but clear answers helped more.
Video consult was enough for me to decide if I liked their communication, not enough to decide every detail. I asked them to explain what they cannot judge by video, and that answer told me a lot.
