Is this normal?

Maybe this helps someone else too. I am not choosing based on the cheapest offer anymore. At first I was comparing Arm Lift like it was one fixed package, but every clinic seems to include different things. One quote includes two nights, one includes five. One says medication is included but not extra checks. One says the doctor will decide final details in person, which might be normal, but it also makes budgeting harder. I would rather pay a little more and know exactly what is included than arrive and keep hearing that small things are extra.

I agree about the hidden extras. My arm lift quote looked simple until I asked whether garments, tests, extra hotel nights, translator, and airport transfer were included. The clinic that answered with a proper breakdown felt more professional, even if the headline price was higher.

Small cautious disagreement: sometimes the doctor deciding final details in person is normal, because they need to examine you. But the clinic should still explain the possible price range and what could change it. I asked them to separate fixed costs from possible extras. That helped me budget flights and hotel without feeling trapped after arrival.
