Too many All-on-6 quotes

I have 4 quotes for All-on-6 Dental Implants and they all look similar until I read the small details. One includes hotel but only 3 nights, another includes 5 nights but says extra scans may be charged after examination. One clinic wants a deposit this week to keep the price, which makes me nervous. For people who already went, did you choose the clinic with the clearest written plan or the one that felt easiest on WhatsApp? I am not asking medical advice, just how you compared the travel package and aftercare. I keep thinking I will miss some small cost.
