April arm lift with my sister, worried about hotel distance and drains

I am looking at Arm Lift in Turkey for April and my sister can come with me for the first week. I already had a consultation online and the coordinator was kind, but I feel like I only asked the big questions and forgot the boring ones. For people who travelled for this type of surgery, did you choose the clinic mainly because of the surgeon or because the aftercare felt organised? I am trying to check things like how far the hotel is from the hospital, whether they send a car for check-ups, how easy it is to message on WhatsApp after discharge, and if someone explains what is included in the garment price. I know recovery is personal, I just want the travel plan to be less messy.
