For people who travelled with a partner, did the clinic actually help them too?

I travelled with my husband for a breast lift and the clinic helped him in basic ways, not luxury ways. They included him in airport pickup, gave him the hotel address, and allowed him to sit in the waiting area, but meals and extra hotel nights were our own cost. I would ask directly: is the companion transfer included, can they visit, and who do they call if you are resting and not answering messages?

My partner was included in transfers, but the clinic asked for his passport details before arrival. Worth checking early. Also ask if the hotel room is double occupancy or if they charge extra for the second person.
