Too many All-on-4 quotes

I asked 5 clinics in Istanbul about All-on-4 and now I am more confused than before. Some include temporary teeth, some say final teeth are later and extra, and one did not answer about bone graft at all. Is it normal that the first quote is this unclear?

Yes, the first quote can be very general. Ask for a written breakdown of temporary teeth, final prosthesis, scans, medication, and follow-up visits.

For me the biggest difference was not the implant price, it was what was included after surgery. One clinic looked cheaper but final teeth were a separate trip and separate payment.
