Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nail Ersöz

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nail Ersöz is a general surgeon. He graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Academy (GATA) in 1994. He completed his general surgery residency training at the same faculty in 2001. Between 2005-2006, he received training on organ transplantation at the Shand's Teaching Hospital, University of Florida, USA. He voluntarily participated in first aid and evacuation activities in the İzmit earthquake and in anti-terror zones. He has over 100 articles published in national and international scientific journals. He performed numerous successful surgeries in his 28-year professional life. Surgical interests; inguinal and umbilical hernias, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, wound healing, breast diseases and surgery, colorectal cancer surgery, intestinal obstructions and surgical treatment, laparoscopic gallbladder surgery and transplantation surgery. He is fluent in English.
