She is extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. She speaks four languages fluently: Somali, Turkish, English, and Arabic. Her presence makes navigating the hospital simple and stress-free. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and ensures that nothing is lost in translation. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist patients and their families.
