After I took a shower the water is not entering the drainage but instead it came out to outside so the toilet area was all wet. The air conditioner was too loud. The sofa for the companion was torn amd the cover was also torn 😆 🤣 ( i forgot to take the picture) The food wasn't that bad but missed the desserts. My partner was satisfied with the doctor, dr. MUSTAFA SAUT . Thank you doctor, he was also friendly. We will see the result at least the next 3 months. Even i personally didn't feel satisfied because my husband experiencing sneezing, bleeding and the nurse in the clinic wasn't quick respond. I had to wait for 20 minutes just for the new bandage for my partner. Just because I speak Turkish the nurses weren't take me seriously until i spoke english with a little tone . We were stayed in the hospital just for 24 hours."

From the very beginning, the organization, attention to detail, and professional attitude of the medical staff were clearly noticeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. My treating physician was Dr. Taha Anbar, who was extremely patient, thorough, and reassuring, always taking the time to explain everything clearly. The involvement and supervision of Professor Necdet Derici were also invaluable and truly reflected the high scientific and professional standards of the medical team. In addition to the excellent doctors, the Iranian nurses Sahar and Shayan were outstanding—very kind, compassionate, responsible, and always available. Their presence was especially comforting for a Persian-speaking patient and made a significant difference in my overall experience. Overall, if you are looking for a professional hospital with a strong medical team and a truly humane approach to patient care, I highly recommend BHT Hospital in Istanbul. My experience was completely positive and very satisfying."

5/5 "Lazik eye surgery with toric trifocal lenses. I first contacted Dr Muhammet Derda Ozer on WhatsApp. His English was perfect. I was then contacted by Hassan a co-ordinator who also spoke perfect English. I flew to Istanb…" "Lazik eye surgery with toric trifocal lenses. I first contacted Dr Muhammet Derda Ozer on WhatsApp. His English was perfect. I was then contacted by Hassan a co-ordinator who also spoke perfect English. I flew to Istanbul and was collected from the airport and taken to the hotel. The next morning Hassan took me to the BHT clinic. I underwent eye tests to establish which lenses would work best for me. I then saw Dr Muhammet Derda Ozer and he was happy to answer any questions about the procedure. My lenses were ordered, but, because they were going to take a while to arrive, Hassan went to collect them. I was then admitted to the hospital and given a private room. At no point during the day was I left alone. I was prepped for surgery and taken to the operating room. It takes approximately 20 minutes per eye. I felt no pain during the process. Afterwards, in the recovery room, my eyes stung and were tearing up for around 30 minutes. When I felt that I could see clearly enough to dress (around 1 hour) I was taken back to the hotel. I went to the dining room to eat and afterwards had a shower. I then messaged my family and friends to let them know that everything was perfect. The following day I was taken back to the hospital by Hassan and Dr Muhammet Derda Ozer checked my eyes. He was happy with the result and I was taken back to the hotel. It costs 1/3 of the uk price and the hospital was clean, modern and state of the art. I would highly recommend the hospital, Dr and co-ordinators."

She facilitated all necessary document for our visa and ensured that our time at the hospital was impacting. I am particularly grateful for Professor Doctor Pinar who handled the first consultation and the surgery. She handled my wife with the highest professional care. We are grateful to her and happy with her work. The nurses were incredibly helpful post operation. Nurse Azada was very excellent and Nurse Tugba was extremely helpful after the operation on the first day, Nurse Yaren was all amazing. Overall the Nurses did a great job."
