I am incredibly angry and disappointed with my experience at this clinic. They promised a smooth process, quality aftercare, and a comfortable hotel stay—but what I received was the complete opposite.The hotel I was placed in was dirty, unpleasant, and the staff were unhelpful. When I requested to be moved, I was dismissed and told I was “being silly.” I had to insist repeatedly before they finally agreed to relocate me.My consultation with the surgeon lasted barely five minutes. I felt that he wasn’t listening to me at all. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on a stem cell treatment, and when I explained I didn’t have any additional funds, they even attempted to take me to a cash machine—something I found extremely uncomfortable. The next day they tried to change my treatment plan and suggested a tummy tuck, which made the experience even more unsettling, especially as I was alone.After the surgery, things became even worse. I was left alone for hours in the hospital, crying and without any support. I ended up having to pay for an extra night in the hospital, and then I was sent back to the hotel completely unprepared and unsure of what to do next. I had eight drains in, but no one changed my dressings for days. I eventually had to demand to be taken back to the hospital for proper aftercare. Overall, it was genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life.Now, months later, I’m left with a visibly deformed stomach. A UK surgeon has told me that the liposuction appears to have been done incorrectly, leaving behind a noticeable lump of fat. When I contacted the clinic, they initially told me it was “normal” and that I should wait a year. After refusing to accept that, they finally agreed to “fix” it—but expect me to pay the hospital fees, flights, and hotel costs myself. I’m now facing a £5,000 bill in the UK to correct the issue.Based on my experience, I strongly advise you to stay away from this clinic. The lack of care, professionalism, and proper aftercare has caused me enormous stress, both emotionally and financially.

I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Yildiran is so knowledgeable and skilled. I’ve been loving my results. The facilities and patient care is also amazing. My patient coordinator Maria was there with me every step of the way to answer questions, translate, and streamline my experience. She was also so so responsive. I reached out to Estherian Clinic about three months before my procedure and that’s when I first met Maria. I messaged her a lot in the months leading up to the procedure about medication, travel requirements, and prep. She always responded within minutes, even if it was in the middle of the night. I was so impressed! I got chin and buccal lipo under general anesthesia with a one night stay in the hospital. They picked me up from the airport as soon as I landed and took me to the hospital to get my blood work. Then they took me to the Airbnb I booked. They actually offered to book a hotel and flights for me but I had booked mine by the time I reached out to them. The second day they arrived at my Airbnb right on time in the morning to take me to the hospital. I had a beautiful, private room for my stay. So much nicer than what I would get in the USA where I’m from. The nursing staff was also amazing and so sweet. I did the procedure that afternoon and was able to be discharged the next day. They provided me my compression garments and all my aftercare medication. A few days later I had my follow up appointment (which they brought me to and from) and then a few days after that I flew home! They also picked me up and took me to the airport for my return back home. I feel like even if I could afford the USA prices, I would still come back here instead because the service and quality of work is so good. I’ve been getting so many compliments and the scarring is almost nonexistent. I included a before and after photo. My before picture was taken three days before my procedure and my after photo was taken about 3.5 weeks after, (so still a lot of improvement to go but I’m already so impressed). Dr. Yildiran was very receptive during my consultation with him to hearing about what I wanted my end result to be. I want a very natural look. And I didn’t want to look too aged. I think sometimes lipo on the face can age people. And he did exactly that!

Initially, I received an online quote for dental work and decided to proceed, booking my flight from Australia and paying a deposit. However, once I arrived, things quickly took a negative turn. The clinic introduced additional procedures and costs that were never mentioned before, making me feel pressured to proceed since I had already traveled so far.The dental procedure itself was problematic. Despite being advised not to eat hard foods, my teeth broke even when eating something as soft as lettuce. When I reached out to the clinic, they initially promised to fix the issue free of charge, but after replacing my teeth, they charged me an additional $250 for a mouth guard, which should have only cost $5. It was clear they didn’t want to take responsibility and were looking to charge extra at every step.In addition to the dental issues, I was encouraged to consider other procedures like a hair transplant and liposuction. The initial quote for the hair transplant also increased significantly upon arrival, and they didn’t assign me the same doctor for the second hair transplant, despite my request. The second hair transplant turned out poorly, leaving my hair looking thin and see-through, and they took hair from my beard, leaving it uneven.The liposuction procedure led to severe complications, including infections both inside and outside my body. The results of the liposuction were disappointing and left me looking worse than before, with uneven areas of fat and poorly handled love handles. I was left with a large scar across my stomach from improper stitching, and even after two years, the scar remains.The face fat injections were also mishandled. They missed areas under my eyes and forehead, only working on my cheeks, and then denied it when I pointed it out. Overall, I felt scammed and deeply unsatisfied with the results, and even after returning home, I continue to deal with the consequences. I visited Estherian clinic for 360 lipo and tummy tuck. What’s great about the clinic is they set everything up from transportation from the airport , the hotels with better deals, and translators . The transportation cars were great. You have your own person at whats up app who sets up everything for you and helps with any questions or concerns. Our person was Elsa and she did fantastic job helping me with the whole process. She replied and brought up resolutions to my concerns and questions. My translator Anthony was amazing he even helped me with forms for my short term disability im applying for back in US going above and beyond. The nurses were very sweet and kind in my 3 day in patient care.

I came for FUE and the staff recommended I do liposuction. FUE turned out well but liposuction was a disaster. The staff quickly unsold me on this procedure without alerting me of the risks. Now 7months post procedure my incision areas have become swollen and developed fibrosis and hematomas. I have had to have treatment and multiple drainage for the issues stemming from this procedure. My advice to anyone using Asli Tarcan is that you need to do your research before listening to their staff and taking advice. Their interest is to make money first. Especially if you live abroad they cannot and will be reluctant to assist you if you have any issues. They only want success stories broadcast but this is an important reminder to do your own research and do not be pressured to do other procedures in the moment.
