All-on-4 with my sister in March, worried about the temporary teeth stage

I am helping my sister plan All-on-4 Dental Implants for March. She is brave about the treatment but nervous about being abroad between appointments, especially if the temporary teeth feel strange or if she cannot explain the problem well in English. Two clinics answered quickly and sent package prices, but one explained the timeline much more clearly: arrival, scan, first treatment days, temporary teeth, then coming back months later for finals. The other just said it is simple and not to worry. Maybe it is simple for them, but for us it is a big trip. For people who travelled with family, did you choose based on the coordinator or the dentist information? I am trying to ask normal questions without sounding difficult.
