Blepharoplasty alone in March?

Has anyone travelled alone for Blepharoplasty? I can take one week off in March but my sister cannot come with me. I am more worried about the first day after and getting back to the hotel than the actual flight. Did your clinic arrange pick up after procedure or did you need taxi yourself?

I went alone. Clinic transfer back to hotel was included, and that mattered a lot.
