February DHI and hotel distance

Booked DHI Hair Transplantation for February, not paid full amount yet. The clinic package says hotel is included but when I checked the map it seems 35-40 minutes by car depending traffic. Is that normal? I do not need luxury hotel, I just worry after procedure if I am tired and need go back for washing/check. Coordinator says transfer will handle it, but I am still nervous because I travel alone and my flight lands late evening. Anyone had hotel not very near and it was fine?

Mine was about 25 minutes away and it was okay, but I asked for every transfer time in writing.

solo traveller

35-40 minutes can be normal in Istanbul traffic, but check if the wash day transfer is included too. Some people assume it is and then find out only airport transfers were included.
