Feeling overwhelmed choosing a clinic for Breast Reduction

I was ready to book Breast Reduction but now I am confuse again. Clinic A give price and say all included. Clinic B ask many question and say they cannot promise exact plan before doctor see photos. My friend say choose fast one because easy, but maybe slow one is more serious? I dont know. I only want understand if this is normal when planning from other country. Longer takeaway: I expected the big decision to be the clinic name, but it was really the small logistics. Who picks you up, how close the hotel is, who translates, how fast they answer after you leave, and whether the quote is written clearly. Those details changed how safe the whole plan felt.
