Has anyone done Breast Reduction in Türkiye and regretted the timing?

I maybe overthinking but I feel confused with offers for Breast Reduction. One clinic reply in 5 minutes and other reply next day but more detail. Which one is better sign?

One thing I learned late: ask the same question twice in different ways. Not to trick them, just because sometimes the first answer is a sales answer and the second one is more practical. I asked about follow-up after flying home and first got 'we are always here'. Then I asked who exactly replies, during what hours, and for how many weeks. That answer helped much more.
