I want to share my detailed experience with Turkeyana Clinic in Istanbul to help others avoid what I went through. Initially, I received an online quote for dental work and decided to proceed, booking my flight from Australia and paying a deposit. However, once I arrived, things quickly took a negative turn. The clinic introduced additional procedures and costs that were never mentioned before, making me feel pressured to proceed since I had already traveled so far.The dental procedure itself was problematic. Despite being advised not to eat hard foods, my teeth broke even when eating something as soft as lettuce. When I reached out to the clinic, they initially promised to fix the issue free of charge, but after replacing my teeth, they charged me an additional $250 for a mouth guard, which should have only cost $5. It was clear they didn’t want to take responsibility and were looking to charge extra at every step.In addition to the dental issues, I was encouraged to consider other procedures like a hair transplant and liposuction. The initial quote for the hair transplant also increased significantly upon arrival, and they didn’t assign me the same doctor for the second hair transplant, despite my request. The second hair transplant turned out poorly, leaving my hair looking thin and see-through, and they took hair from my beard, leaving it uneven.The liposuction procedure led to severe complications, including infections both inside and outside my body. The results of the liposuction were disappointing and left me looking worse than before, with uneven areas of fat and poorly handled love handles. I was left with a large scar across my stomach from improper stitching, and even after two years, the scar remains.The face fat injections were also mishandled. They missed areas under my eyes and forehead, only working on my cheeks, and then denied it when I pointed it out. Overall, I felt scammed and deeply unsatisfied with the results, and even after returning home, I continue to deal with the consequences. Since arriving, everything has been perfectly organized. The drivers were respectful, polite, and highly professional. Eman, my coordinator, was an excellent communicator—honest, straightforward, and always helpful. Every staff member I interacted with was wonderful, kind, and professional. It’s still early (I had my transplant just three days ago), so I can’t speak to the final results yet, but my experience so far has been flawless. My brother referred me to this clinic, and I’m grateful for his recommendation.

I had an amazing experience in Istanbul having a body lift, liposuction and BBL with Dr. B at Estetik International. The staff is absolutely amazing from transportation, to translation, and promptly answering questions. The nursing staff took amazing care of me and my husband who was able to sleep in my room with me. They provided us three meals at day while at the hospital and the food was delicious! Our family traveled all the way from the United States to receive treatment at Prime Dent Istanbul, and I can confidently say — it was the best dental experience we’ve ever had.

Between myself, my wife, and our five children, we had a variety of complex procedures done — including tooth canals, crowns, and implants. I’ve personally seen more than a dozen dentists over the past 15 years, and to be honest, I never enjoyed those visits. Most of the time, they were painful, rushed, and left me with more anxiety than relief.

Prime Dent completely changed that.

From the moment we made contact, their professionalism, care, and attention to detail stood out. They didn’t just treat us like patients — they treated us like family. Every procedure was done with precision, care, and compassion. The communication was clear, the environment spotless and modern, and the staff — from the doctors to the coordinators — were nothing short of amazing.

One of the biggest highlights was that they helped arrange our stay at a beautiful 5-star hotel right across the street from the clinic. And the best part? The hotel didn’t bite the pocket like you'd expect. It was a fantastic deal — honestly, we wouldn’t have found anything better on our own. Amazing couldn’t ask for more from the airport transfers to the hotel to the treatment I came to get the Hollywood smile at Denical international with a friend and we were told we would get a package and that helped us both get a good offer.I wold like to thank my coordinator and dr Enver keep up the good work and I will definitely spread the word back home.

I found the staff very professional and welcoming. The place is pristine and my treatment so far is perfect. Coming back in June for further treatment.Above was my last visit over a year ago.Today I have completed my treatment and I’m delighted. I honestly can’t recommend Turkeyana more. I’m a female from the United Kingdom and I have felt very safe and welcome here in Istanbul. I came with horrible vineers that I got done in the UK and spent a small fortune on. I felt they looked fake and I was embarrassed to smile with them. If only I had known about Turkeyana sooner. They’ve done a far better job and I would have saved thousands of £’s. Now my teeth are so natural and I’m confident to smile now.

I had a hair transplant with them about a year ago. The stuff doing the transplant were kind, patience and professional, along the long process.The results after 1 year was very disappointing as there were still hairless places in the transplanted area, which is different from what they propmised.Any contact with them got no replies. writing to their cusotmer service by email does not get any reply, and also they don't answer in any other channel.When you finish the procedure they give you a certificate stating: "In case the patient gets less than 60% of the expected results, we are committed to re-perform the operation again free of charge. (The operation fees are free of charge only) In case that the patient gets between 60-70% of the expected result, we are committed to cover the 50% of the operation fees only."Since they don't answer at all - they can write :"In case the patient gets less than 100% of the expected results".Or even better for their marketing : less than 200%.Not recommended.

This is a true and not a fake google review or a fake story. If I can put 0 star review I would but it is not available. I travelled with my parents on Oct 2023 to this clinic for my parents dental work and also I wanted to get veneers. After a long lasting 3 months conversations and planning with the clinic it was time to travel. Our experience was nothing less than a nightmare, physical pain, mental pain and financial losses. My father has travelled 4 times to this clinic for on going fixing of his dental implants and crowns. He will be posting his own experience shortly. I know I chose to get my teeth done in Turkey as they say it is the best country for it and it is cheap, however, this clinic prices are high and I went there based on their reviews and conversations we had and I was convinced. Unfortunately it was the biggest mistake of my life. Met Dr Amir a dental professor in IST which ruined my gums and teeth. Noting he does not work there anymore as he did this to me, my father and other 5 to 6 paitents. He placed 10 veneers on my upper jaw with a massive force making it touch my bones which was very painful where he had to give me local anaesthesia while doing it, which dentist on earth needs to give local anaesthesia to place veneers, never seen it never heard off it. He did not do gum couturing with a laser machine and of course it was not even. He used old fashion blade technique, while this clinic and the consultant kept reassuring me they have the best technology including the digital scanning system to take the impression, they did not use that, they used manual impressions, we did not see the technology they spoke about. My Lower jaw had 10 crowns placed in. I was not happy with anything, but I still retuned home, 4 weeks later I had server gum inflammation in my upper jaw, went to the periodontist she asked me, did the dentist measure the margin between the gum and the bone, as they need to have measurements and my veneers are placed into the gum line into the bone causing server gum inflammation which she need to clean and cut, then 2 surgeries to gum graft and to put back what Dr Amir took of my gums while countering it, he did not use any tools to measure the distance and margins if he knew what he was doing he would of known in my case I needed bone countering (known as crown lengthening surgery)not just gum conturing to avoid what is happening now. Also the cement was used is not good and it was not cleaned properly. My lower jaw now same issue as the crowns are not placed properly and everything has to be restored. I had 2 crown lengthening surgeries, 2 gum graft surgeries, 6 to 8 deep clean to keep gums stable and heal them costing me nearly $20k AUD, yet, now the dentist will take everything off and replace both veneers and crowns at $57k AUD and it has been 2 years process, 2 years of financial, mental and physical suffering. I approached the clinic and I went to turkey to show them what happened and what did the Doctors here in Sydney advised, the clinic Doctors admit that the dental work was wrong and it should of not been done like that, they did agree with the course of the treatment that Sydney Doctors advised, they did offer to replace everything for free, but they would not do any gum work, guess why because that's the hard part when you have to bring dead inflammed gums back to life. I asked for the refund of everything I have paid them and to cover my hotel and flights for that second visit to show them my situation, the management refused and left me with no choice. The first day I arrived there, they asked me to do google review even before they started the work, so here you go Turkeyana this is my Google review, I waited that long to do it so I have the full story so people can see this and I hope the health minsters of tourism heath in IST see this and aduit this clinic, this clinic has the license and certificate to operate however, it is not owned by Doctors and owned by some invester which has no idea what is paitent care is, all they care about is money. Do not go to Turkey!

I have done a breast enlargement in Estetik International…it’s my only second day,so I can’t see the results yet but the doctor is very professional ,honest and caring ,I must say…he came in the evening from home to check on me…the clinic is very clean and on high level,staff very kind and positive too…highly recommend

I strongly warn anyone considering treatment at Dentica. My experience was not only disappointing — it was dangerous, unethical, and emotionally damaging.I came to Dentica for 18 E-max veneers after being promised a custom mockup and a perfect smile design. The mockup I approved looked excellent. However, the final veneers were completely different: the midline was visibly shifted, the symmetry was off, and the bite felt unnatural from the first moment.Worse, when I expressed my concerns, they refused to acknowledge the problem. I was then pressured while numb into accepting cementation, without being allowed proper evaluation of the fit — which is a breach of informed consent.When I asked for a refund, they not only refused to give the full amount back, but shockingly removed one veneer and chipped another, claiming they were “taking them back” like objects. This is not only unethical — it is outright clinical malpractice.I’ve since suffered: • Severe tooth sensitivity • Headaches • Jaw discomfort due to bite issues • And the emotional toll of seeing my face changed by an unrequested, off-centered smileI am now receiving treatment from another top clinic to correct the damage they caused, at my own expense. I’ve lost over €2,000, and I’m still in the process of repair. I will be reporting Dentica to the Turkish Health Ministry and pursuing full legal action.This was not just a poor aesthetic result — this was criminal negligence, both ethically and medically. I urge anyone seeking dental treatment in Turkey to do thorough research and avoid Dentica at all costs.
