It seemed like the staff were more interested in upselling unnecessary products rather than focusing on patient care. This approach felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine concern for the patient’s well-being.Additionally, the translators provided didn’t offer much help. Communication was unclear, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening during the procedure.
