I strongly warn anyone considering treatment at Dentica. My experience was not only disappointing — it was dangerous, unethical, and emotionally damaging.I came to Dentica for 18 E-max veneers after being promised a custom mockup and a perfect smile design. The mockup I approved looked excellent. However, the final veneers were completely different: the midline was visibly shifted, the symmetry was off, and the bite felt unnatural from the first moment.Worse, when I expressed my concerns, they refused to acknowledge the problem. I was then pressured while numb into accepting cementation, without being allowed proper evaluation of the fit — which is a breach of informed consent.When I asked for a refund, they not only refused to give the full amount back, but shockingly removed one veneer and chipped another, claiming they were “taking them back” like objects. This is not only unethical — it is outright clinical malpractice.I’ve since suffered: • Severe tooth sensitivity • Headaches • Jaw discomfort due to bite issues • And the emotional toll of seeing my face changed by an unrequested, off-centered smileI am now receiving treatment from another top clinic to correct the damage they caused, at my own expense. I’ve lost over €2,000, and I’m still in the process of repair. I will be reporting Dentica to the Turkish Health Ministry and pursuing full legal action.This was not just a poor aesthetic result — this was criminal negligence, both ethically and medically. I urge anyone seeking dental treatment in Turkey to do thorough research and avoid Dentica at all costs.

am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your facility. I underwent an ear procedure, and the results have left me with two completely different ears, which is extremely distressing.Throughout the process, the service was unacceptable. I felt like I was going to faint multiple times at the hospital, yet no proper assistance was offered. The staff did not speak English, making it nearly impossible to communicate even basic needs. At one point, I had to walk outside nearly naked, carrying my belongings in my arms, because I couldn’t breathe and no one understood when I asked for water.This experience was not only unprofessional but also deeply traumatizing. What convinced me to go with Dentica was the years of industry experience. And after a week since my smile had been transformed, I think I made the right choice. Communication with Sandra was great. She answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. The hotel she had chosen for me and my friend was lovely and we couldn`t possibly have asked for a better location (close to the clinic, bus stops, shops and restaurants). In the clinic I felt in good hands, delighted with the care and professionalism of my doctor. Would prefer to have the total amount I paid broken down into more detailed way, but that`s not a big issue. My friend and I came back home with new smiles, satisfied and happy and can recommend the Clinic to anyone who is looking for a smile makeover.

Massive thankyou to Dr Cengizhan and his wonderful team from the beginning until the end of my breast implant procedure as I could have not asked for a more perfect team who were so helpful and dedicated to give me exactly what I wanted during the whole stay.The staff were so kind and caring and this surgeon is a miracle worker I can’t put into words how talented he is and the incredible work he has done for me aswell as how happy he made me.Also a thankyou to Omer and Zamba for being with me and helping through everything.Highly recommend this whole clinic and team , Tash xx

My friend had an arm lift here, the experience has been amazing from being picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel. We felt very welcome and looked after. The team of nurses and drs have been amazing nothing was to much trouble for them. They are extremely professional warm and friendly the food was also really good in the hospital. The nurses check on you every 20 minutes if your in pain the pain relief is bought very quickly. Everyone speaks English. If there is something that you don't understand they will use the translation app to make sure you understand. We Highly recommend getting surgery here. Everything has been absolutely incredible from being picked up at the airport the driver absolutely lovely in a professional company cab to being taken to the 5star Ramada Hotel absolutely beautiful which includes breakfast and Turkish bath and massage included in my package .was taken to clinic for a welcome chat consultation, everyone so lovely spoke English made me feel so comfortable and safe then driver took us back to hotel .the following day was surgery day was picked up in morning by the driver taken back to clinic spike to surgeon who was so lovely spoke English marked out Everything and was taken up for surgery Everything clean and immaculate couldn't complain surgery took 3hours had upper arm lipo with tuck all went straight forward stay the night had My own room which was absolutely clean with my own en-suite TV closet with safe nurses absolutely amazing so sweet mostly spoke English and anything they struggled to understand they off their own back took their phone out and went onto Google translate for me that was so sweet them going above and beyond to cater to me they have booked check up in couple days sending me back to hotel with transportation and medication explaining everything in detail making me feel safe and reassured all while in a what's app group with lovely PA where i can ask any questions or concerns at anytime whitch is very reassuring absolutely beaming with service definitely would highly recommend and have done to family and friends already!!! Definitely coming back and will only use this company from now on very happy bunny x

The professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness shown by both the doctor and the staff were beyond anything I expected. I had breast reduction and lift. The staff at the hospital were very attentive, thank you nurse Gulsah and Nilufer for looking after me. The way everything is handled is great , easy , friendly and fast.The staff at the clinic is very friendly , they answer you’re questions the guide you well.I was contacted by Sandra , and every question I had , was answered quickly , I like that . I had an incredible hair transplant experience with Asli Tarcan. The team's care and support from start to finish were truly exceptional. Mason's (my consultant) outstanding work was evident in every step of the process, from pre-operation to post-operation check-ins. Asli, the owner, went above and beyond by personally checking on my well-being a couple of times. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate team. My hair transplant specifically involved beard extraction, and I am grateful for the amazing services.
