Mr.Ramiz was my rep. They made the process very easy for me from start to finish. Friendly face, hard work, clean clinic. I had an operation 8 month ago, I wanted to write a comment after completing my process, I can definetely say that it is the best location to choose. My donor area is now in as good condition as it has never had an operation, and I am very pleased with the result thanks to the whole team for their contributions. Thank you Asli Tarcan and team

They are a really good clinic, the nurses were very sweet. Hajar was very very sweet and contacted me, she was so sweet and always checked in on me before during and after the operation. She helped with everything. The doctor explained and performed the surgery very well. Gigi also contacted me to ask about the follow up and how i was doing. All and all it is a very good clinic with lots of proffesionals and good people. I recommend this to anyone considering getting surgery, i am located in Denmark and we communicated amazing with the team.

Been back twice for teeth coming lose and gaps between the crown and the gum and thats giving me problems. So having to go back again. I wouldn't recommend this treatment i dont think are professional as i wouldn't have to keep going back and it has not even been a year since having the treatment . So please avoid as youll only end up with worse problems. Plus they are slow at getting back to you for a reply. Had loads of problems down to not correctly fitted crowns. Also when you look and bad reviews they make out like the customer is at fault.They talk there way out of everything do not pay them a penny trust me you will regret it.I have been to clinic twice to get my crowns fitted and they keep coming lose also they have gaps at the top. They clearly dont have a clue what they are doing. Im sick of having to get flights over to get the same problem looked at and they cant seem to get it right. So i would highly avoid. Also keep messaging me to delete review as they are saying that they will sort problem out but i have been back twice all ready and they cant seem to get it right.

I visited Denyakay Antalia for the first time in July 2025 expecting to pay £3600 for 22 porcelain crowns, 4 route canals and 2 implants. A salesman brought me to a room and advised me to get Zirconium crowns instead of porcelain and said that I needed a Gingivectomy (laser treatment removing excess gum) on 10 reeth this pushed the price up to £7,298. I was shocked but I borrowed the money to complete the treatment. The procedure on this trip was pretty good and didn't have to wait more than an hour for the appointments and everything was completed on time.On my 2nd trip however.. everything took a new turn .. I was informed that I had to cover my own flights and accommodation for 5 days as my treatment would take place overb3 to 4 days, i booked an extra 3 nights at the hotel so that i could enjoy some holidaytime in Antalya. The flights and accommodation cost me £1050.00 and on top of that I had to pay an extra £1018.00 to Dentakay .. this pushed the costs of my dental treatment up to £9366.00 which alone is pretty expensive. I attended Dentakay on the Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, I was told at reception that this would be my final day. When the Dentist went to fit my final teeth (implants + 2 crowns which was missed the 1st time) he told me that the new teeth were the wrong colour and had to be sent back, he also removed some of my old crowns to send back with them so that the colour would match my other teeth. This extended my treatment plan (lucky I booked extra time in Antalya) this took up my holiday time as I got an extra 2 route canals and my teeth fitted on the Thursady&Friday. I was glad it was over and booked a trip to Pammulale on Saturday. I woke up with an extremely sore mouth on Saturday morning which go progressively worse throughout the day, partly because of my teeth but my Jaw felt as if it was broken because on the Friday when the dentist was working on my back tooth he was gripping my jaw and forcing it back really forcefully. I informed dentakay who told me to come in that day but I explained to them that I wouldn't be back until late that day. I had to swap messages with 2 or 3 different departments in Dentakay who were obviously not talking to each other as I repeated myself several times over the course of the day (they still sent a car to the hotel) because of this, I couldn't catch my flight on Sunday and couldn't get a flight until the following Wednesday. I had to pay to change my flight and Dentakay (after arguing) agreed to pay for a hotel for an extra 2 nights (B&B at a separate hotel across town) because i would only need 2 appointments which meant that I had to cover the cost of the 3rd night and all my meals for the rest of the time, it turned out that Dentakay were workingnon my teeth until wednesday afternoon, i needed to pack up and take my luggage to the surgery to avoid extra charges. Over all this time at Dentakay I had to wait between 1.5 - 3 hours after my appointment time to be seen. My Dentist was very impatient, very rough and sometimes rude. The Dentist & the assistant were constantly taking phone calls and sending texts and laughing and joking, there were also alot of people opening the door and coming in for a chat to the dentist or the assistant. Downstairs in the waiting room was always busy with people coming and going and it was very disorganised. I was also approached by one of the girls trying to sign me off before my treatmentwas complete. I am still having problems with my teeth and I will probably have to go back at some stage in early 2026 which I am really not looking forward to, I will probably have to fund that also. In Summary, Dentakay Antalya provide lovely, good quality teeth but it is a busy production line and once they have your money they lose interest in your comfort or happiness.

Positive experience! All staff were lovely and helpful. The doctors did go above and beyond to fix my teeth! I was always scared of dentist and to my suprise the treatment was almost painless! And in just 5 days iv got a brand new smile! The clinic sorts out the flight there and back, they also provide all invlusive stay in a beautiful resort right next to see side! ( there is lots of kittys roaming resort grounds :) )Very happy!

Since the first contact with them, they haven’t been anything but excellent. Turkan has been in constant WhatsApp communication and was able to handle all of the logistics perfectly. From pickup at airport to hotel. Everyday, with follow up and detailed pickup instructions. Overall, this has been better than expected. I would definitely recommend.Once on site, Ramiz was great as well. Friendly and very knowledgeable about revertir g.Öznur was great nurse who was always polite and attentive.Thanks to all the team.

Je souhaite partager un avis honnête et constructif concernant mon expérience du 19/10/25 au 23/10/25 à la clinique de Şişli dans le cadre de 8 implants, 2 greffes osseuses, 4 extractions, 4 plombages et 2 dévitalisations. Avant tout, je souhaite remercier chaleureusement Lissa, ma consultante médicale lors de ma première prise en charge.Elle a organisé mon départ vers la clinique de manière exemplaire, avec une disponibilité, une bienveillance et une réactivité qui ont véritablement facilité tout mon parcours initial. Son professionnalisme et son écoute ont été un réel point fort dans cette expérience, et je tiens à lui exprimer toute ma gratitude. 1. Suivi postopératoire insuffisant :Le principal point négatif concerne le suivi postopératoire. Quelques jours après l’intervention, j’ai commencé à ressentir une douleur aiguë sur une dent. Lorsque le service « fidélisation » m’a contacté, je leur ai expliqué la situation, mais ils m’ont indiqué qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire et que le service dédié me contacterait uniquement par message. J’ai précisé que j’avais besoin d’un appel téléphonique pour échanger clairement avec un professionnel, mais on m’a répondu que cela n’existait pas. Je trouve vraiment regrettable et incompréhensible qu’une clinique de cette envergure ne propose aucun suivi post-opératoire téléphonique, surtout après une opération aussi importante. 2. Problème de traduction à la clinique :La qualité de la traduction sur place est également un point à améliorer. Après l’intervention, le chirurgien avait pris le temps d’expliquer qu’il avait dû modifier ce qui était prévu, mais à mon avantage. Le traducteur m’a transmis l’inverse, m’indiquant que le chirurgien avait fait « moins que prévu ». Cela a entraîné une incompréhension dans la facturation au moment de mon départ. Nous avons dû déranger le chirurgien en pleine opération pour clarifier la situation, ce qui était inconfortable pour tout le monde. Au final, le chirurgien avait réalisé davantage que prévu, sans surcoût. Je suis d’ailleurs très satisfait de son travail au niveau de l’implantologie, mais cette erreur de traduction nous a mis tous les deux dans une position délicate. 3. Restauration de l’hôtel partenaire non adaptée aux patients :L’hôtel partenaire est idéalement situé à une minute à pied de la clinique, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Cependant, le service de restauration inclus dans le pack n’est pas adapté à la patientèle opérée. Sur mes 5 jours sur place, il n’y a jamais eu systématiquement une entrée, un plat et un dessert pouvant être consommés avec une mâche réduite, ce qui est pourtant indispensable après ce type d’intervention.De plus, si l’opération se termine tard, attention : le buffet ferme à 21h. Comme il est interdit de manger sous anesthésie pour éviter de se mordre, beaucoup de patients se retrouvent sans repas s’ils sortent du bloc trop tard. L’hôtel ne fait aucune exception, même si les retards sont compréhensibles et liés au travail minutieux des chirurgiens.Je suis très satisfait du travail du chirurgien, qui a réalisé une intervention complexe avec beaucoup de maîtrise. En revanche, l’absence de suivi postopératoire téléphonique, les difficultés de traduction, le manque d’adaptation du service repas de l’hôtel et le changement de consultant lors de ma seconde visite sont des points importants qui méritent d’être corrigés. Avec quelques améliorations, l’expérience patient pourrait réellement être à la hauteur du niveau médical proposé.
