From the very first contact with my online consultant Eddie until the drop off at the airport, this clinic is top notch in choosing all of their employees. Every single person I have come in contact with was incredibly friendly, absolutely professional and an expert in their field. All of the doctors are not only super friendly but also specialist in their field, very good at explaining what they're doing, and incredibly empathetic. They make sure that the patients don't feel pain and feel safe and relaxed during the treatment. All the other medical staff, nurses, translators, photographer, receptionists, cleaning staff, really EVERYONE were also super attentive, always checking in, and also so welcoming and friendly. And the results were beyond what I could have dreamed of and I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to get dental work done. I would always choose Dentakay again, and if I could give more stars, I would! Thank you again to every single person that I interacted with, you're all doing such an incredible job and have made my life so much better!

November 2025 was my first visit to Dentakay. I am very happy that I chose Dentakay. I was treated like a star. Everything was perfect, from the flight to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic. All the staff were at the highest levels from the doctors to the nurses. I have not finished the treatment yet, I need a second visit but I am very confident that everything will go well. My experience at Turkeyana Clinic was excellent by all measures. The clinic is distinguished by its exceptional cleanliness and luxurious, comfortable design, and the medical and administrative staff are highly professional.Key strengths I experienced:Continuous Follow-up: Follow-up continued for more than 10 months after treatment (until all treatments were completed), which is rare and reflects their commitment to results.Transparency: Their commitment to providing patients with the most accurate medical and technical details was extremely professional.Results: The results of the hair treatments have been very satisfactory so far and have exceeded expectations.Special Thanks: I would like to thank Dr. Hussein, who was very understanding of my concerns and health issues and reassured me with his expertise. Honestly the service is impeccably i can't fault them in anyway shape or form teeth turned out beautifully im happy aswell as impressed! I would 100 percent recommend them would even send my 87yr old mother here. I say as I see not paid just genuine and honest my thanks to the whole department

I want to share my full experience : so I will start but what bothers me the most is.. I discussed everything with my medical advisor before making the decision to come to turkey I explained the shape I want the size and even with photos and i even discussed what I don’t want and I showed photos of results I don’t want theI showed him photos of what I don’t want . I discussed what is fake for me and what is even too flat … The medical advisor even told me that the doctor will show me samples and diccus everything before the surgery and I was told exactly by my medical advisor that “The results and the size of the implants are not about the surgeon, it is about the implant size that the patient choose according to Their satisfaction and requests. When you come here you are going to have face to face consultation with the doctor that you are going to choose and during the consultation you will able to chose the size according to your choice” I was a bit surprised that they made the consultation few hours before surgery .. I asked for it to be one day before because If I’m not happy with the consultation I wouldn’t do it bur my medical advisor told me the doctor is off we will do it before the surgery , I even told him I want it to be a proper consultation not like a quick talk and I want to be shown samples as you said “ my medical advisor confirmed, I was not shown samples and that surprised me but I showed the doctor ,the translator and the medical advisor photos and I mentioned i want it OVAL shape , on the chat and face to face THAT’s THE MAIN THING about my surgery all that was said to me was “ Ok , yes , sure “doctor told me what about bbl and it’s extra charge I said no no one informed me from before when I was asked to be send photos of me for consultation .. the medical advisor even when he showed me photos of other patients he told me the result you want doesn’t need bbl , come on guys i’m 49 kg i have 0 fats ! What bbl doctor is talking about! That’s all he said and anyway the photos I showed him was for his patients with no bbl just but implant Even after they the doctor and translator left and by the way translator was not for me because I was talking to the doctor in english and he is the one who needs to take the information from the translator because he doesn’t speak english .. after the doctor and the translator left .. I send message to my medical advisor to confirm again with me and to tell the doctor will put oval shape . Second day after the surgery I see 2 boxes on my room I went to take a look and I see it says round shape 390 !! I it’s like a failure for the whole perspective for me , if i say i want oval i want oval if you thought round would be better even though i doubt because i’m too skinny you should have disscused this with me before the surgery ! and I was extremely frustrated and I send to my medical advisor “now I need explanation why it’s oval ?” And I asked for the doctor to come “ and I really hoped he will have a good reason and explanation for him to put round and when the doctor came , his response was simply . Not a big difference between them it’s the same 🤣👍 I waited to remove the corsset and see maybe the result and on the checkup omg did I do a surgery for it to look that small? All the phoros I showed him was 500 cc and maybe one 440 cc but 390 NO !!! I didn’t ask for that look for that shape or for that size did I pay all of this and went through this pain just to look like that?after the surgery It’s not only small its small AND WEIRD ! And to live with butt implant there’s a lot of risks maybe infection maybe shifting (even though I was told no but now I don’t believe anything they said), It’s never gonna be softer as before BUT AT LEAST WITH A SHAPE THAT IS WORTH IT ! not to look bad small and fake it’s not worth it Even if he wanted to put that small one he could have chose one with a longer diameter !! And I reached to the customer care department they told me the reason the oval was not put because it was not available in turkey at that time !!! Is it me ordering some red flowers? And you bring me white because red is not available and surprise me WITH SOMETHING that is gonna be inside my body ! That if i’m not happy I can’t just decide to undo it ! even if you order some red flowers and the shop find it out of stock and they sent you white without asking you you will be frustrated imagine your body!And they are telling me i need to wait to see result ! I saw photos of patients with the immediate result after surgery in surgery roomi know that i need to wait for the implant to settle and be maybe to look less weird i might understand that but the overall shape will not be bigger suddenly if 390 was put!! After being quoted upwards of £30,000 to have my teeth sorted in the uk I opted for Dentakay. Needless to say the overall cost was much cheaper and the service was genuinely nothing short of fantastic. I needed 7/8 teeth removed initially, did not feel a single drop of pain as the surgeons ensured my mouth was numb. After 4 days I had a complete new set of teeth in my upper mouth and they look so natural. After 15 years of horrible teeth I finally feel comfortable smiling again! Dentakay were brilliant throughout, from the flights to the hotel which was stunning also.

The professional approach to patient care and the communication, to an extent, is wonderful, I do think there should definitely be more English spoken I felt like I was almost in the way at times which is a shame, when you see how excellent everything else was. My dental surgeon took a rather heated phone call half way through my final fitting and the work after that was tense to say the least! My other negative is the huge price hike, with no breakdown of the cost of why🤷🏼‍♂️ I had one jaw in the main worked on and that cost me almost double what I was quoted for both jaws to be worked on🤷🏼‍♂️ a when I asked how much it would cost for the bottom jaw and the rest of the work to be finish (2nd visit) the lady told me, “I’m not good at numbers!”😳 but then almost demanded I commit to the second visit without the full facts in front of me🥴 would you buy a car without knowing how fast it goes or what fuel it takes? Don’t get me wrong except for those few things they were extremely competent, and would hope these concerns are taken in good faith I’d love to get the rest of the work finished there. The accommodation was wonderful they were so helpful and the food was great my half a smile is superb 😬

Well looked after, all travel and accommodation taken care of, the clinic was exceptional and clean! Staff were very professional. My results are amazing and I'm so happy! I would highly recommend.

I am sharing my experience so that future patients can make an informed decision.I travelled from London to Istanbul for dental treatment at this clinic. Shortly after returning to the UK, I began experiencing problems with my front teeth, including what felt like air inside the work. I contacted the clinic and had to insist strongly to be seen again the following year.During my return visit, I was told that everything was fine and that the issue was “in my mind,” despite my ongoing discomfort. This required me to spend additional money on flights and accommodation.Two years later, my concerns were unfortunately proven correct when the front dental work failed and came out one evening. I contacted the clinic again in October to report this serious issue. I was told some one from after care department would contact me, but as of December, I have received no response at all. I have since had to pay for corrective treatment in the UK.I would also like to mention that while at the clinic, patients are encouraged to leave positive reviews on the spot, in front of staff, which does not allow time to assess the long-term quality of the work.I am very disappointed with the lack of accountability, follow-up, and communication. I would advise anyone considering treatment abroad to carefully weigh the risks and ensure they have strong aftercare and written guarantees.

Dentica picked up after my original dentist let me down. The original dentist had put 8 implants in, and one failed - that wasn't an issue in itself, it was broken promises about aftercare and accomodation that were. Dentica on the other hand have been great throughout. They have met every promise that they made, and where issues have been identified, they resolved them. The issues I'm talking about are little routine things that they picked up themselves as we went along - they were incredibly thorough in checking and double checking. This meant that some parts took a little longer than would have been ideal - I consider this to be a very good thing. They're efficient and move at pace, but are more than willing to take as long as is needed to ensure that the result is perfect. Their manner is reasonably friendly but with an emphasis on professionalism rather than being overly solicitous. So it feels a little brusque perhaps, which I find to be more reassuring than people pretending to be super friendly and then failing to deliver. A salesman who pretends to be your friend is only interested in a sale - these guys are focussed on producing results and have totally delivered. That's not to say that they were rude or anything - just professional with a perfectly acceptable level of courtesy. The only issue that I did have which bothered me was about notification of when treatments would be each day. They appear to arrange an appointment as soon as they receive the crowns etc from the lab, rather than booking the appointment with time to spare. This is inconvenient in that you can't plan your day properly for tourist stuff and so on, but does mean that you have the fastest possible turnaround time. Which is what we're here for after all!The accommodation that they provided was a basic 4 star hotel in an unremarkable location about 10 miles from the city centre. They didn't promise anything else (which was an issue with my original dentist, who promised a glorious 5 star hotel on the coast, and then bait and switched to a shabby place even further inland). The hotel provided by Dentica was perfectly sufficient for my needs and was comfortable. Overall I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dentica - I am thrilled with their results. Every other patient I met here was also totally satisfied. Thank you Dennis, Noah and the team.

Been such a great experience from beginning to the end, all staff helped me, leaving me at ease, Becky was an great in making all. Of this possible from booking flights and all arrangements, from the moment I walked in was presented to main Doctor Gulay she was amazing analyzing my situation, doctor Abdulah did my crowns so amazingly, doctor Osman was great with my roots canal and Doctor Turham amazing surgery made me feel at ease where i had no pain at all.The staff were so great regarding my well-being and made feel so welcomed, Shahid, Sena, Alonso, Abdul Karim, Mouhamet, Adullah, helped me so much in every way possible, I could not fault this experience and journey in any way, THANK YOU DENTAKAY for giving my confidence in smiling again.
