Instead, my dentist recommended replacing eight crowns to refine everything and I’m so glad I agreed. After three days of precise, skilled work, my smile looks absolutely perfect again. To my surprise, it was all fully covered by warranty. The staff were supportive, professional, and genuinely caring. Dentakay truly goes above and beyond!

Yesterday I went to Estecenter to use one of the PRP + Mesotherapy sessions from the 3-session package I had purchased. However, as soon as I arrived, a staff member spoke to me in a very rude manner, claiming that I had not paid for the package. This was completely untrue, since I had already paid 7,000 TL in cash about a month ago for the full 3-session package, and I had even used one of the sessions at that time.Because their system did not show my payment, I was kept waiting for a long time while they tried to get confirmation from their accounting department. Eventually, they confirmed that the payment had indeed been made. Yet, not a single apology was offered for the stress and inconvenience they caused me.Due to this unprofessional and disrespectful treatment, I told them I no longer wished to continue my treatments there and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even the refund process was full of delays and contradictory statements.What shocked me even more was discovering that the person performing PRP and mesotherapy treatments was actually the same person working at the reception desk. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about safety and standards.In conclusion, I was completely dissatisfied with Estecenter’s services, will never return, and I absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

To all customers this is a warning, do not engage with this business. They are unprofessional, petty and only care about themselves. You’re much better off looking for well known doctors or clinics with higher standards, reviews and business practices.

I thought sending photos in advance would cover everything, but the team recommended x-rays to ensure accuracy. They were transparent about the cost and took the time to explain why it mattered, which gave me confidence in their approach. After two appointments, the change is striking—my teeth look fantastic. The entire process was handled with great care, professionalism, and precision. I’m extremely satisfied with both the service and the outcome.

I was very nervous travelling alone Samer was very helpful and I felt very safe when being transferred from the airport and too and fore the clinic. Dr. B and his entire staff have been wonderful. Dr. B went out of his way to help me achieve a fantastic result. I am 57 and he has made me look 37 in the face and body. He has an incredible eye and developed a plan that entailed the least amount of cutting, bruising, and swelling, all for a reasonable price. İ highly recommend Dr. B and his amazing staff.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience with Consultant NazarI had an extremely disappointing experience with my medical consultant, Nazar, which goes against Dentakay’s stated core values: • Patient-Centric Care / Respect for the Patient: During the consultation, he did not listen to my concerns and made me feel as if I had no say in my treatment. This is completely contrary to prioritizing patient well-being. • Professionalism & Ethical Practice: His attitude was unprofessional and unbearable. He interrupted me mid-conversation and displayed visible anger when I tried to explain my situation. • Excellence & Quality: I expected a high standard of care and communication, but instead, I left feeling ignored and mistreated.While the team apologized on his behalf, it did nothing to improve the situation; in fact, it seemed to enable further poor behavior. I hope Dentakay management reviews this incident seriously, as it severely undermines trust and patient confidence.
