Ibrahim was straightforward with me from the get go. He gave me the estimate for the treatment and outlined for me the scope of the surgery. He sent me a video to help me to navigate my way through Istanbul Airport.when I arrived I found the CEO desk.Also I found someone waiting for me who took me to the driver where I was taking to my hotel. I was pleasantly surprised it was 5 The next day I was taking to the clinic. I was impressed with the technology and up todate equipments. I was given a form to fill out the asked me about my health and allergies.What impressed me most that when they found out that I had a heart surgery they said I would have to get a cardiologist approval before they can take me as a patient.At that moment I knew I chose the right clinic who cared about my well-being.The next day I started the surgery. It went smoothly the staff were professional and caring .I would not hesitate to recommend the dental Estherian Clinic to my family and friends

From my amazing consultant, Anita, to all the staff from the driver's, clinicians, everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. I am from the USA, but I never felt judged or disregarded. I wish I can tip every encounter I have cause they were all pleasant. You can tell Dr Tarcan is passionate about her business model of taking care of her clients.

The service was very good !

Pros: put the most grafts they could on my head.Explained the procedure clear and honestly.There was a big team of people working with me.Negatives :Only 1-2 of them spoke English so there was a language barrier most times There is a lot of additional cost they don’t tell you about with the after care.They were off schedule for example I ask the guy in charge what time I had to be ready to go to the clinic and he 09:30 but called me at 09:00 saying the clinic people were wating for me and I needed to take my medicine after breakfast but had no time to do it , when I told the person I spoke to about the times in the first place he tried to justify it saying he had to work around there schedule even though the procedure cause over 2000 dollars in total and would expect them to get basic time right People would randomly come into the operation room and crowd the room making the patient feel abit claustrophobic and uncomfortable especially when your Under anaesthesia .When nurses got bored they would test your blood pressure and leave the room without even looking at it then right after another nurses would do the exact same thing within 2-3 minutes time and this happens countless times throughout my 11 hour procedure.* I will update this review around 6 months to tell you the about the results of my hair transplant *

Burak is the BEST! All the anxiety that comes with being in a foreign country and having major surgery there was not a thing to worry about at all as Burak was there for me every step of the way. He addressed all my never ending questions and concerns, patiently and with the utmost care. My tech was Canan (pronounced Janan) and her attention to detail was unmatched! I was not just a number on her to do list, she really went above and beyond in understanding my expectations and preferences. Im so grateful for the team and absolutely look fwd to my results!

The company takes care of all the accommodation from the airport to the hotel. Everything is already planned all I had to do was be present. The staff is very professional and friendly it's a great feeling to be treated with respect. So I'd recommended this clinic to anyone looking for the procedure that are offered.
