C'est une excellente clinique et c'est pour sa renommée que je l'ai choisi. Les implants, et les couronnes sont parmis les meilleurs au monde, la technologie, la compétence et le professionnalisme des différents métiers de la dentisterie, est incontestable ! En fait vous avez tout pour être leader. Mais vous utilisez tout le temps que l'on met à votre disposition même s'il dépasse celui préconisé. Si on doit venir 4 jours et qu'on reste 6 jours, vous allez utiliser les 6 jours, comme si le patient était à "VOTRE" disposition. C'est nous qui payons, c'est à vous d'être à notre disposition pour le temps que vous nous avez préconisé de prendre sur notre vie privée et professionnelle. S'il vous reste 5 min pour des dernières modifications avant d'expédier le patient à l'aéroport, vous allez les utiliser, en générant chez lui un stress ! Le stress d'occulter peut être des choses importantes à corriger, pour que son aventure (à vie), se passe au mieux pour lui, juste parce qu'il sait que son temps est compté car il a un avion à prendre. Lors des essais de prothèses provisoires, vous ne laissez pas le temps au patient, de vous faire un retour, pour discuter sérieusement de l'esthétique qu'il souhaite pour ses dents, les éventuelles modifications à faire selon la mastication, bref, car en parallèle vous lancez déjà la fabrication des couronnes définitives. Alors certe, cela a pu être modifiable en cour de route, mais c'est jouer avec le feu, la santé et le porte monnaie des gens ! Si vous ne voulez pas qu'il abuse de la garantie, faite en sorte qu'il ne passe pas plus de temps à l'hôtel qu'à la clinique, optimisez au maximum le temps qu'il met à votre disposition selon VOS recommandations, n'empiètez pas sur le temps qu'il a au delà de ce qui a été préconisé, sauf justement pour vous en servir en cas de modifications imprévue ! Cela ne doit servir que à ça. Chaque patient planifié devraient connaître à l'avance le programme de sa semaine, pour ne pas avoir à consulter son WhatsApp toutes les 5 min. Ne cherchez pas à rendre le patient dépendant de Dentakay ou de la Turquie, en lui laissant la possibilité de repartir avec les outils nécessaires à l'extraction et remise en place de ses couronnes sur implants, pour traiter une éventuelle urgence qui mettrait sa vie en danger. Moyennant évidemment un paiement supplémentaire, mais aussi un business intéressant pour vous. Proposez le. Soyez rassurant avec le patient, de manière sincère, et votre business sera beaucoup plus rentable, que de vouloir attendre la dernière minute pour terminer son traitement, afin qu'il n'ait pas trop le choix d'accepter cette dernière phase telle qu'elle est, car il sait que il a un avion à prendre. C'est vraiment dommage, d'être aussi compétent, professionnel, et de fournir une aussi bonne qualité de matériel et de savoir faire, et de la négliger au nom de la rentabilité ! Rendez vous plus humain. Et vous allez vous démarquer des autres cliniques concurrentes. Autrement, Dentakay, évidemment il n'y a rien à dire, je ne regrette pas mon expérience avec eux, mais j'ai souffert de stress, car vous manquez de savoir vous mettre à la place de vos patients qui risquent leur santé et des milliers d'euros qu'ils remettent entre vos mains. Ce n'est pas une critique gratuite. C'est constructif. Le résultat est la ! On en a pour notre argent ! 5 extractions de dents, dont 4 infectées, sinus lift + greffe osseuse, curetage, pose d'implants immédiate (Nobel active Best of the world), 28 couronnes. Sans aucun problème de santé. Tout ça en 2 semaine espacées de 6 mois, pour un prix moyen de 10 000€. Hôtel + premier vol compris. Même si on imagine qu'on l'a payé un peu... bref.. y'a rien à dire par rapport à la France, le stress en vaut la peine. Il n'y a pas de meilleur ratio qualité/prix dans le monde. Les turcs savent très bien travailler ! On a rien à leur apprendre. En France on ne pose pas d'implants dans la foulée d'une extraction infectée. Et bien en Turquie, ça fonctionne ! Et je n'ai eu aucun problème !!Donc oui, Dentakay est top !!!

Before my visit, I shared images of my teeth, thinking that would be enough. Once there, I learned x-rays were essential to plan the work properly, which added some unforeseen expenses. The staff was reassuring and professional throughout. After two sessions, my teeth look fantastic—better than I imagined. I truly appreciate their attention to detail.

My first visit was in February and although I’d had a consultation via WhatsApp and a telephone conversation you really need to have a x ray before you go and send it to them or you may have additional costs added because photos of your teeth are not enough to be able to assess the work needed to be done. So yeah bit of a price hike that I wasn’t prepared for and a lot more work than I expected…but let me tell you, they are meticulous, I came home yesterday after my second visit and final fitting, I am over the moon with the results, they look amazing, smiles for miles, thank you Dentakay, highly recommended…

I would like to share my experience regarding the dental bridge prosthesis I received.I had the bridge installed on August 5, 2025, and as of September 1, 2025, nearly a month later, I am still experiencing severe pain, discomfort, and sensitivity to hot and cold items. My attempts to reach the clinic for assistance have been unsuccessful. Even when I sent a local agent to their office, there was no response. Communication via text has also been extremely inadequate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic for any dental procedures. They do not provide support when complications arise, and I have found them to be quite dishonest.

This is my very honest review the good the bad the ugly. I initially contacted Dentakay because my teeth really knocked my confidence so wanted treatment done. I asked them for a quote sent photos etc they contacted me with estimated prices at the time of the call I didn’t have all the funds available which I explained to them they fully understood they did call me again a little while after to check how things were going once I explained I would contact them once I had raised all the funds they left me too it. Once I had the funds they organised everything for me. I took my brother along for support but there is a cost of taking someone with you so do bare that in mind this isn’t part of the quote. We stayed in Istanbul the hotel was fine but there is nothing around in this area so if you’re wanting a holiday with your treatment this is not what you’ll get. Yes there is a lot of waiting around for appointments and sometimes the taxi is late etc but for me this wasn’t an issue a taxi can be late in the UK so there’s no difference just because your abroad. The cost: I went in for my first appointment check up scan etc and had my consultation my consultant Edrick was fantastic yes there was an extra cost after I had my X-rays and scans and there were underlying issues which I wasn’t aware of so the extra cost was a shock and I wasn’t sure I would be able to continue with my treatment so initially I was devastated I spoke with Edrick and explained my situation and laid my cards on the table. I never felt pressured into going ahead and they worked with me and my budget to help me get the best possible outcome within my budget. I decided to go ahead with the treatment and I’m so glad I did don’t get me wrong the next 4/5 days were awful being prodded and poked teeth removed root canals and bone grafts I was swollen and sore but I knew the end goal was worth it. I’m now back in the UK with some of my permanent teeth already fitted and will return within the next 3-6 months for the final treatment. And the last of my teeth fitted once everything in my mouth is all healed. I was told before I left that the travel and accommodation is not fully paid for on the second trip which was another shocked as that is an extra cost that I wasn’t aware of but they do make all this clear when you first go and you agree to treatment. But the way I see it is this whole trip and treatment including the extras wouldn’t be affordable for me in the UK but now I’m hope with a nice smile and pain free for the first time in years. Thank you Edrick and Dentakay see you in 3-6 months to continue my journey.

I am really happy about thé planning of médical journée at Dentakay. I was lucky to be treated by DR. Ibrahim who was totally professional. He is details focused and checking All the time the quality of the service provided. He run several tests and control before releasing me. He also is warm welcoming and listening All the time the questions and even asking you if have again questions. He starts always by explaining you the different step to be done and their nature of painful or not.In summary I am very satisfied with Dentakay in général and Dr. Ibrahim in particular.

I had an A-MA-ZING experience at Dentica!! I am so glad that I chose this clinic. I felt safe!! Everything is taking care of. Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back it was all arranged! When I first contacted dentikay, I was a little bit spectacle.But as soon as I opened the door all the anticipation went, amazing place wonderful people and the expertise is out of this world, for someone that's not smiled in 32 years, I can't stop now, I have nothing but love for them😁❤️

What impressed me most about Dentakay was their communication. The staff checked in regularly, explained the next steps, and always made me feel comfortable. The environment is bright and hygienic, and the outcome of my treatment has truly boosted my confidence.

Won’t bother to even enquire againMade a small enquiry a few months ago and ever since I have had countless and countless calls from +44 7454 813947 I responded to a call and explained I was in hospital really poorly etc so please hold off on the calls and I will come back to you, today I got another call and I explained again I am not well please do not contact me I then get “well when you will be better” I’m sorry I don’t know… so I said “i will contact you when I’m fit and healthy” he then huffed and puffed and cut me off mid sentence and ended the call. Rudest customer service if that’s what you wanna call it, it’s like harassment to have your teeth done so when it comes to wanting them done I will not be going back to dentakay

I went to this place last year and was very happy with my results. However, second time around, I visited in August 2025 and I am extremely unhappy with my results. The physician I first saw is no longer employed here. I got Botox done on my eyebrows and lips. My nose looks crooked and my eyes look swollen. Other than the physician, I want to acknowledge that the staff is very friendly and welcoming, specifically the nurses and the receptionist.

I recently had nose surgery at Asli Tarcan Clinic, and my consultant was Mason. From the very first conversation, he guided me through every step of the process and made sure I felt informed and comfortable. He answered all my questions patiently and was always easy to reach. The clinic team was professional, and I felt well taken care of throughout. I’m very happy with how smooth everything went and can’t wait to see the final results once I’m fully healed.
