I came to Estherian clinic from the UK to get breast lift & teeth done. I chose this place because I was able to get them both done. Me and my partner came over together as he got his nose done. They didn’t mention that they don’t accept all GBP. I had all my money with me + extra and I just handed it over to the accountant to put in the machine but started taking the extra £££ without telling me so I asked because I was handed very little money back. They just said I had to pay abit extra because they don’t accept all gbp. I asked when would I be getting my teeth done and they said after the surgery so when the time came they acted confused and said I wasn’t booked in. The hotel was €85 a night we stayed wed-wed. I paid €175 extra and they wouldn’t refund me when I brought this up and denied I did. There was also people getting complimentary taxis to go shopping but we had to pay which didn’t seem fair. The hotel does not have much options for hot breakfast options (wedges and boiled eggs) then the rest is cheese & bread etc & there isn’t much around you
