I can still hear her voice when she called “ no need worry we will take care of you” lol As the date approached sooner Merve reached out to me almost every day with continuous support! She sent me several hotels too choose from! The day of my arrival Merve continued to call to make sure I see transportation that was waiting right outside the door for me! The hotel very nice and location was perfect! First clinic visit I was sweating I was so nervous! But the clinic provided me a translator the entire stay. He greeting me so kind and professional, the clinic absolutely stunning clean. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! The doctors are top notch! They explained every step and made sure I was comfortable! I will say a couple parts of getting the crowns did hurt, but they provided pain medicine to assist with pain or discomfort. My medical consultant contact from London was Zaho from the very beginning, she was very helpful with costings and explaining everything in detail, with images and videos to help me choose and make my decision to use Omer Istanbul, booking the Hotel which was close to the Clinic and organising the airport transfer.. Once arriving in Istanbul we was greeted with the team and medical Consultant Fafona was with us all through the treatment explaining the process of the treatment and translating with any issues we might have.. He was absolutely fantastic and made us feel comfortable.. Dr. Merve, the dental surgeon, was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, made sure I felt at ease the whole time, and was incredibly gentle and professional. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling so happy with my treatment and a great Smile, I’m happy with final result with my teeth as it looks so natural and was really impressed by the level of care I received. Treatment was carried out by Dr. Seyma and Dr. Emre, who worked with great skill and precision. In advance, I received a clear and comprehensive explanation from Assistant Selma, which gave a lot of confidence. It was important for me to know which materials would be used, and they gave transparent and clear insight into this. The preparation with Emre and Seyma went smoothly and in practice I was warmly accompanied by Selma and online by Yahya who has also supported us a lot. It is super that Selma is always present in practice, this gives a familiar feeling and you can always ask her questions, helping you well and nicely. How nice to be here! The course is intensive — one week and sometimes a little painful — but the result is a completely new teeth that will make you proudly return to the Netherlands. During the treatment, Dr Seyma and Emre specialized in root canal treatments, and this is done in a very professional and careful way. The flexibility and skill that Seyma, Emre and the assistants and the laboratory work together are really superior. They also adjust the teeth perfectly to your face and make sure the teeth are correct — the end result looks beautiful and natural. We have not felt uncomfortable or unsafe for a moment. It is also very nice to stay in the district of practice itself; that makes the trajectory a lot easier and gives a cozy, familiar atmosphere. This made the whole process not only medically successful, but also a beautiful and special experience. Absolutely recommended."

After writing a low score review about some issues about my treatment I was informed that I lost the warranty of my treatment. Also, a lot of messages via WhatsApp with questions pretending they are trying to find a solution. I also found a few patients with complex treatments that went really wrong. In my case: I’ve done 19 veneers and 1 crown. The clinic has good doctors, good machines and material. what happen to me: -appointments always late. I had to wait between 30minutes and 2 hours on all the visits. Doctors with a lot of patients, sometimes leaving me in the room to treat another patient. -all contacts are made with a translator, so on the night I put the veneers I sent a message with a photo telling my translator to tell the doctor one veneer was not aligned with the others. She didn’t tell the doctor, so the last day of treatment they said unfortunately they couldn’t make another veneer because it was my last day in Istambul. -they removed my retention, they only said they would do it when I was in the clinic, not when they sent me the plan treatment. Result, I had to pay to make a new one when I returned to Portugal. -the last appointment they were on a rush not opening well the space between teeth to use dental floss and not explaining how I should floss, was explained here in my doctor in Portugal. -I have a lot of sensibility in all teeth since I finished the treatment and the clinic says it’s normal, but never say for how long, let’s see if one day it will stop. -have in mind that if you have any problem later, they try to fix it but all costs to go to the clinic are at your own."

So, let’s go chronologically: 1. My Watsup medical advisor Victoria Becker. I really don’t know how Victora handles her work as I assume she has a lot of patients in Watsup but I always received replies immediately. Victoria always was very precise and provided consultations with a lot of details, she educated me a lot in dental topics, gave me much more information than I even asked. Transfer, hotel, and my stay in Istanbul were organized with her help and it was always on time and without reminders. During my stay In February/March I worried a lot about everything, she calmed me down, suggested techniques and tricks for relax and more comfortable treatment period. In evenings…on Sunday…always. Like a babysitter, like an angel …always kind, always present. 2. On site medical advisor and translator Aiperi. The main word: professionalism. Aiperi gave me all kind of support I needed, she explained all steps, was calm, kind, helpful. Aiperi organized my treatment appointments without any delays, supported me when I had some issues with payments, finding pills, understanding of future steps and really doing extra work. I didn’t need to ask twice. Right person in the right place. Thank you, Aiperi! 3. Dr. Habib Aslan. Dr. Habib is a real industry star. Doctor provided all treatment very precisely, carefully, and explained to me what he did. Dr Habib has a good esthetic taste creating new smiles which look natural, always listening to my wishes and concerns. Dr. Habib answered all questions, was kind and calm. 4. Assistant of Dr. Habib Fatima. Supportive, kind, calm, professional. Fatima held my hand when it was needed, always with kind smile and patience. Fatima always found words of support for me giving a sister type of attitude to patient. 5. Omer Istanbul Clinic. Beautiful, extremely clean and warm place. I had an initial treatment plan and was worrying about the final cost as I realized that it could be changed after medical examination, but it turned out that the condition of my teeth was not so bad and I even received a money return from the clinic. Price list is really transparent. General advice: Bring the money in cash or you will need to pay 10% more due to the local banking rules (in every place you will visit) including ATM. There is no chance to avoid this banking provision anywhere. This advice is not about the clinic but about the whole stay in Turkiye. I encourage all patients also to leave a comment after 1,2, 5, 10 years after treatment as it would be extremely helpful for everybody and could create more confidence in choosing decisions."

I will admit coming from the United States to Turkey to get this done made me a bit scared. But once I was here the staff put any fear I had to rest. Their professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. Working with Taylan each day was as smooth and professional as anything I could have done back home. He made sure all of my questions were answered, relayed any messages from the doctors that I wasn’t understanding, and followed up with me each evening to see how I was doing. I ended up with 4 extractions, 6 root canals, and 28 crowns. Each step of the way the care was amazing and my comfort was the number one priority. As we got done with the dental work and moved into the crowns and placement the doctors attention to detail impressed me. I was happy with the way they looked the first time they were put in but they were not satisfied and took the time and made sure each detail was perfect. I could not be more thankful and appreciative of how they took care of me. There is no way to put into words my true appreciation of the way they took care of me and I can already feel the confidence rising as I no longer have to feel ashamed of my smile. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested. The savings from traveling here compared to the states was incredible. Even with my flights it was close to only 25% of the cost back home."

My advisor, Selvi was kind, welcoming, and very quick and efficient in the management of my treatment. Doctor Armağan is an absolute artist. He was very efficient, detailed, and careful with his work. All of his assistants were also very professional and delivered excellent care.
