Very disappointing experience. Their core business is bait and switch, so it's safe to call them scammers.They sold me a package with stem cell therapy and hair transplant at a certain cost. Once I arrived there, they told me that I needed to pay $1,500 more for exosome therapy. I told them I didn't have enough cash, but they insisted I pay via credit card or cash—that was the first shock.Anyhow, I bit the bullet and paid them.The apparent doctor just saw me once on the day before, but during the transplant, he never showed up. The same thing happened after the transplant: He never came to see if everything was up to mark or to provide a post-op consultation. The show was run by the techs completely.Second bait and switch: After the wash, they pitched me $2,500 worth of products. I told them that I was informed the supplies would cost $60 or so—how come $2,500? They wouldn't let me off the hook. They were like, "You must purchase them or you will lose the hairs," etc., etc. I told them that you didn't inform me I would have to spend the same amount of money on products as on the procedure; otherwise, I would have looked somewhere else. Long story short, they didn't let me get out until I paid via credit card.I am working with my bank to pull my money out since they practically held me hostage and wouldn't let me go. Imagine being in a different country and the clinic you are relying on turns out to be scammers and thugs.They promised a lifetime guarantee certificate, which never arrived. It's been 15 days or so.Before leaving, they kept pushing me to write a 5-star review on Trustpilot, and I told them, "Look, I need a car to get back to the hotel. I will write you a review later," but they kept pushing hard.Lastly, when I came back, I had some sort of allergic reaction. I kept pinging them, and the person who was communicating via WhatsApp simply stopped responding and asked me to contact the quality department, which isn't responding as well.My recommendation: Find a better place than these guys, and yes, the Reddit reviews about them are correct.

Me and my mother are extremely satisfied with our experience at Omer dentist for placing zirconium crowns and a bridge (after drawing an inflamed tooth). Treatment was carried out by Dr. Seyma and Dr. Emre, who worked with great skill and precision. In advance, I received a clear and comprehensive explanation from Assistant Selma, which gave a lot of confidence. It was important for me to know which materials would be used, and they gave transparent and clear insight into this.
The preparation with Emre and Seyma went smoothly and in practice I was warmly accompanied by Selma and online by Yahya who has also supported us a lot. It is super that Selma is always present in practice, this gives a familiar feeling and you can always ask her questions, helping you well and nicely. How nice to be here!

Dear Estetik International Team,I am writing once again regarding my refund request for the surgery that was scheduled on 6 April, under my booking contract with you.As you know, I paid a deposit of 2,000 € for the surgery (total cost 4,000 €). Due to serious health issues, I was unable to proceed with the operation. I have already provided several medical documents and certificates proving my condition. If you review the numerous emails I have sent, you will clearly find all the necessary evidence.According to our signed contract: • Clause 18 states that if the surgery is cancelled due to health issues, the refund must be made after deducting 20% of the total amount paid. • Clause 21 states that in case of unexpected circumstances such as illness, the deposit may be refunded.However, in June I received only 1,200 €, which does not correspond to either of the clauses in the contract. Since I paid 2,000 €, the correct refund should be the full deposit. This means that 800 € are still missing.I kindly request that you process the remaining refund of 800 € without further delay. Please note that I have already been waiting for several months and have sent all required documentation multiple times.If the refund is not completed within 14 days, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal dispute with my bank and escalate this case to the relevant consumer protection authorities.I truly hope we can resolve this matter amicably and swiftly. Hopefully now you can see your records, and I'm more than happy to share my accrued bills here from regluing crowns to eventually replacing all.What a shame. This response is nothing but gaslighting a person that has trusted you with their oral health and is now paying off a loan because of it. You are telling me I'm not a dentist to make an ASSUMPTION? So I cannot assume my teeth were not done correctly becuse you as professionals know better than me? Are they not my teeth? Was I supposed to put my crowns back in every week then? Why were they slipping out? I WAS told by multiple dentists in the United States that you have overshaved my teeth. That you have not respected the biological barrier, which caused constant inflamatioon, and that connecting them makes it harder to clean and maintain. Forget about the overshaving and connections. WHY DID YOUR CROWNS SLIP OUT. A CROWN SHOULD NEVER SLIP OUT (you don't need to be a professional to know that, but it was confirmed by multiple) The attempt to gaslight me is crazy. You never told me you would work with my overseas clinic and I stopped receiving responses when I got upset with your aftercare member. Everything was handled through whatsapp. I did do my teeth there, I did fly there, I do have a credit card charge from you on my account. Perhaps if I was not a client maybe I should dispute the charge and receive a refund? I also paid a big portion in cash so please send me that as well then? As well as your funny warranty certificate I received, you did not promise anything for free when I inquired about it. I was told I'm doing something wrong for the crowns to fall such as eating sticky foods or whatever gaslighting response I received back then. I did pay$40k to redo all the crowns here and I DID send you photos of my crowns falling after I came home. I was gaslighted by you then, and I am being gaslighted by you now. They ruined my teeth. I was the one who requested a full mouth of crowns which I do regret now but they connected the crowns and made them in a way that did not respect the biological barrier and was hard to clean. As a result, my gums bled for 2 years and I had a breath that was unpleasant due to the constant blood. They of course told me to floss more and use mouthwash.. that’s it, as if I’m an idiot who doesn’t know how to take care of their teeth.In addition, and the worst of all, my crowns started coming out 2 weeks after being back to the US. Since they were connected, I had to pay for 2-3 new crowns at a time. They were literally sliding off. When I got my first dental cleaning, more came out. Some of them were glued back and others we had to just replace. This was such a nightmare and after a year I did surgery to bring more space in my gums and when that didn’t help the bleeding, we ended up replacing the rest of the crowns with a local dentist. It cost me $45,000 to fix this and my gums are no longer inflamed and bleeding. I even had a baby recently and no hormonal bleeding or swelling. So the issue definitely was due to their work. When I contacted them, they told me to fly back so they can do an exam but just gaslighted me that I ate something wrong and that’s why my crowns slid off. I couldn’t justify paying $1000 to fly back to eventually get more damage done and I was not even once told that they would do it free of charge so of course I did not go.Honestly, every dentist I consulted in the US told me the crowns were done wrong and in a rush and that my teeth are overshaved and should not have been shaved so much. I never got even $1 refund from this company for the horrible work they did and I’m now owing so much more to fix their work. They also stopped responding once I was upset and freaking out which of course made things even more awesome.

Samba was the translator for Doctor Ali raza, they both were excellent, explained the procedure. Samba and Hajar were always at hand and responded to every call and message.The Estherian staff were amazing and very caring.The Estherian hospital nurses were caring.

I’m super happy that I chose to get my veneers done at Dentica International. The transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic were excellent! I chose a package with 20 Emax veneers and gum laser treatment, which also included 6 nights in the hotel plus all transfers. It was affordable, and my result is stunning! The shape and color look so natural. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Myself and my partner picked Dentica as our dentist. We travelled from Ireland to get 24 crowns each.From the beginning everything was brilliant the staff wore welcoming, attentive and helpful.We had Sercan Albayrak as our dentist he was amazing like next level amazing he made sure everything was perfect ! And we wore happy and comfortable during our procedure.. my partner has had a bad experience with dentist and was so afraid and extremely nervous he wouldn’t have done it without Sercan he handled him very well. So thank you to him and his team.Denis our translator was very attentive and became a friend he was quite funny.. he was brilliant as explaining everything. Thank you And Sandra who was there on the phone since the start before we came was brilliant at explaining everything quick attentive and always at the other end of the phone for anything.Also the coffee was amazing and the ladies wore great that made and service was amazing.The dentist is spotless!!Nothing to fault.So happy we picked Dentica international Istanbul 10/10
