Where do u start with this clinic absolutely outstanding service I shall start of with james the coordinator the response time is unreal he has knowledge about everything puts you at such ease me and my 2 sisters all backed out last minute he put us at such ease and we finally made it to the Antalya clinic thanks to james he is to good at what he does the staff at Antalya were superb Dentakay is hands down the best clinic they are very through and will not let you leave the clinic until your 100% satisfied and as for my doctor cem tasinpar 22 years experience you can really see his experience he asked me my expectations I said I put my full trust in you he did not disappoint words can’t describe how happy me and my sisters are my teeth are stunning yet natural my dentist was happy chirpy and very caring so happy my feet won’t touch the ground and my mouth won’t shut either would give 10 stars if allowed

Optisch Top, Umsetzung Flop.Nachdem ich bereits 2 mal in Istanbul war, hab ich weiterhin Probleme mit meinen Veneers.Mein Biss wurde überhaupt nicht richtig angepasst, Veneers sind zu lang.Nach erneutem einfliegen auf meine Kosten, wurde einmal drüber geschliffen und als ich dann nochmals um Nacharbeiten gebeten habe, sollte ich zum Flughafen abgeschoben werden.Hab mich dann solange beschwert bis ich doch noch kurz vor Abflug dran gekommen bin.Alles eher schnell schnell und nicht zufriedenstellend. Hatten ja kaum Zeit.Service ist jedenfalls das letzte.Optik passt, mehr auch nicht.Würde da niemehr hingehen!!Geht lieber nach Ankara oder so, Istanbul ist so riesig, der Verkehr nervig… braucht niemand !!Bin auf die Ausreden und Antworten von Dentakay unter dem Post gespannt, bestimmt wieder rausreden!! Danke für nichts !!

Very disappointing experience. Their core business is bait and switch, so it's safe to call them scammers.They sold me a package with stem cell therapy and hair transplant at a certain cost. Once I arrived there, they told me that I needed to pay $1,500 more for exosome therapy. I told them I didn't have enough cash, but they insisted I pay via credit card or cash—that was the first shock.Anyhow, I bit the bullet and paid them.The apparent doctor just saw me once on the day before, but during the transplant, he never showed up. The same thing happened after the transplant: He never came to see if everything was up to mark or to provide a post-op consultation. The show was run by the techs completely.Second bait and switch: After the wash, they pitched me $2,500 worth of products. I told them that I was informed the supplies would cost $60 or so—how come $2,500? They wouldn't let me off the hook. They were like, "You must purchase them or you will lose the hairs," etc., etc. I told them that you didn't inform me I would have to spend the same amount of money on products as on the procedure; otherwise, I would have looked somewhere else. Long story short, they didn't let me get out until I paid via credit card.I am working with my bank to pull my money out since they practically held me hostage and wouldn't let me go. Imagine being in a different country and the clinic you are relying on turns out to be scammers and thugs.They promised a lifetime guarantee certificate, which never arrived. It's been 15 days or so.Before leaving, they kept pushing me to write a 5-star review on Trustpilot, and I told them, "Look, I need a car to get back to the hotel. I will write you a review later," but they kept pushing hard.Lastly, when I came back, I had some sort of allergic reaction. I kept pinging them, and the person who was communicating via WhatsApp simply stopped responding and asked me to contact the quality department, which isn't responding as well.My recommendation: Find a better place than these guys, and yes, the Reddit reviews about them are correct.

I had a great experience here Mike is so helpful arranging accommodation transport also especially with what I needed .My dentist was brilliant felt so at ease and the staff and my interpreter Adam was all brilliant I highly recommend Dentica what a lovely place and hotel was stunning too so

Bonjour Arrivée première fois hotel nul 2 étoiles et changement mieux Prix repas digne 5 etoiles Traitement normal 7 implants Payement sur coup 800 y a toujours quelques chose 6 mois Apres idem sur coup 1500Le prix a baissé J ai gueller 1000Tu paye pas on suspend le traitement Hôtel pourrie 2 etoiles pas 5?Il font tous la gueule bouffe du restaurant on en parle pas du congèler Les soins intensifs essaye des dents provisoire rater 3 fois on mais le dentiers la veille de partir donc pas le temps essaye baye vous prenez l avion le lendemain matin Faite vos dents en France certe un peu plus long 11500 e le devis 8000 ,en France devis à 18000e pour la même chose Je demande à voir pour la garantie à vous d avancez les frais avion hotel ect

Dear Estetik International Team,I am writing once again regarding my refund request for the surgery that was scheduled on 6 April, under my booking contract with you.As you know, I paid a deposit of 2,000 € for the surgery (total cost 4,000 €). Due to serious health issues, I was unable to proceed with the operation. I have already provided several medical documents and certificates proving my condition. If you review the numerous emails I have sent, you will clearly find all the necessary evidence.According to our signed contract: • Clause 18 states that if the surgery is cancelled due to health issues, the refund must be made after deducting 20% of the total amount paid. • Clause 21 states that in case of unexpected circumstances such as illness, the deposit may be refunded.However, in June I received only 1,200 €, which does not correspond to either of the clauses in the contract. Since I paid 2,000 €, the correct refund should be the full deposit. This means that 800 € are still missing.I kindly request that you process the remaining refund of 800 € without further delay. Please note that I have already been waiting for several months and have sent all required documentation multiple times.If the refund is not completed within 14 days, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal dispute with my bank and escalate this case to the relevant consumer protection authorities.I truly hope we can resolve this matter amicably and swiftly. I trust you will respect the terms of your own contract and return what is rightfully mine.Thank you for your immediate attention.Sincerely,Patrícia Martins de Oliveira
