If I get to give less than 1 start, I would!!I contacted this clinic on Dec 2023 and made the deal with them to do hair transplant and paid the deposit of $500. Few months later I canceled the idea and asked to return the deposit as agreed upon. It's been 4 months now and still hasn't received. I contacted them many times asking for a return and every time they say we will transfer your request to the right department wait for someone to contact you.. and no one is contacting me!!!Update on 3-3-2025Turkeyana has been urging me to write a review and delete the negative review I posted last year. So, here is an update on what happened. After calling and emailing them and waiting a few months, Turkeyana finally sent me the deposit back in September 2024, but they deducted their fees. I initially sent them $500, and they charged me $75 for cancellation, so I received $425 back.My son went to another clinic in Turkey for his hair transplant because we will never trust Turkeyana and their services again. It has been 4 months since the 2nd transplant, and we have seen a significant improvement. My son's hair has finally started to grow back. The new clinic provided me with a picture before proceeding with the transplant, indicating that the previous clinic had damaged the donor area. I have pictures to prove this, and I wish I could upload them here.

Came into the clinic for a consultation and that same day I was able to get my cosmetics completed! The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The clinic also has all of the latest products

This is my second time doing hair transplant but the first one it want in here, but comparing to what I had before is huge difference. The team are amazing in here. They take care of you much more. I had a friend who went and received dental work from Turkeyana a few months ago. After his check up at his regular dentist here in the United States, he has now found out that they did everything incorrectly and have to redo multiple root canals that are going to cost thousands. Now not only is he out of money that he paid to Turkeyana for the procedure that wasn't correct, but he will now be out even more because he has to redo all the procedures again. Root canal's are not an easy procedure to do, let alone twice in just a few months. Now the other problem is they do not even acknowledge that he was even a patient at the clinic nor have they given a refund for the botched procedure. He is in the process of taking legal action against them for not completing the procedures correctly and for only caring about getting money.

Today was my last day of treatment and I want to say that they are the best clinic in Turkey. They are very organized, they always answered all my questions and the result was wonderful. I want to say thank you to the whole team and especially Doctor Umut, Alexey and Peter! Anyone who needs dental treatments can choose the international dental clinic, it will be your best choice.

After wanting hairline lowering surgery for so many years I finally built the courage to book in with Dr. Cengizhan Ekcezli and fly over from the UK. I now am a week post-op and have nothing but positive feedback for everyone involved, from the doctor himself to the wonderful nurses and translators. Even the cleaner of the hospital room was lovely. I already feel great and can barely see the scar, it is healing so well. I can't thank everyone at the clinic enough, especially Roquia who answered all of my many questions super quickly and reassured me when I felt nervous.
