Excellent experience at Dentica International

I am very happy with my treatment at Dentica International in Türkiye. I received new teeth and I am extremely happy — they look beautiful and very natural. I can eat any food, drink everything, and nothing hurts at all. It changed my life.

Special thanks to Sandra, my medical consultant – she is amazing, very kind, professional, and always helpful. Communication was very easy for me even though I am deaf, and that means a lot to me 🙏🏻

All the team at Dentica were very nice and caring. Everything was well organized: VIP van service, great hotel, and perfect support from start to finish. I felt comfortable and safe during all my treatment.

I am extremely satisfied with the results and I recommend Dentica International to everyone. I tell all my friends and people around me to go there because they really take care of you. No regret at all.

I had a mastectomy on Tuesday, and even though I stayed only one day, everyone who took care of me was incredibly kind. I especially want to thank the nurses Hatice, Elif, Fazilet and Yasemin they were very busy, but still took such good care of me, always attentive and caring. I also want to thank the lady who brought my food with a smile it really made a difference on a difficult day. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and compassion. An excellent hospital with wonderful people.

Incredible service from start to finish with results to match. Sandra made the whole process so easy by arranging a fantastic hotel (Uranus with indoor pool & jacuzzi) & answering all my initial doubts/queries. Adem was my translator and always kept me in the loop as to the next steps and requirements, he is a great lad and you can tell he is genuinely there to help! Finally my dentist Dr Sercan & his assistant Bahar were both precise & patient and more than accommodating when I wanted final adjustments to my new teeth. It was a very daunting thing but there was no pain and I actually looked forward to my dental visits.. Anybody in doubt trust me.. Do it at Dentica. Both Sandra and Adem was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish, guiding me through the whole process and making everything smooth and stress-free.

Dr. Umut, his assistant Ahmet did an excellent job, with great attention to detail and a very professional approach.

Hotel arrangements and transportation were perfectly organized, which made the entire experience easy and comfortable.

Lazik eye surgery with toric trifocal lenses.
I first contacted Dr Muhammet Derda Ozer on WhatsApp.
His English was perfect.
I was then contacted by Hassan a co-ordinator who also spoke perfect English.
I flew to Istanbul and was collected from the airport and taken to the hotel.
The next morning Hassan took me to the BHT clinic.
I underwent eye tests to establish which lenses would work best for me.
I then saw Dr Muhammet Derda Ozer and he was happy to answer any questions about the procedure.
My lenses were ordered, but, because they were going to take a while to arrive, Hassan went to collect them.
I was then admitted to the hospital and given a private room. At no point during the day was I left alone.
I was prepped for surgery and taken to the operating room.
It takes approximately 20 minutes per eye. I felt no pain during the process. Afterwards, in the recovery room, my eyes stung and were tearing up for around 30 minutes.
When I felt that I could see clearly enough to dress (around 1 hour) I was taken back to the hotel.
I went to the dining room to eat and afterwards had a shower.
I then messaged my family and friends to let them know that everything was perfect.
The following day I was taken back to the hospital by Hassan and Dr Muhammet Derda Ozer checked my eyes.
He was happy with the result and I was taken back to the hotel.
It costs 1/3 of the uk price and the hospital was clean, modern and state of the art.
I would highly recommend the hospital, Dr and co-ordinators.

I have been going to this hospital for myself and my family members, and overall I’ve had a very good experience—especially with Fardowsa, the hospital’s medical translator. She is extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. She speaks four languages fluently: Somali, Turkish, English, and Arabic.
Her presence makes navigating the hospital simple and stress-free. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and ensures that nothing is lost in translation. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist patients and their families.
Fardowsa is one of the best medical translators I have ever met, and I believe the hospital is very fortunate to have her on their team. I highly recommend her.

And I reached to the customer care department they told me the reason the oval was not put because it was not available in turkey at that time !!! Is it me ordering some red flowers? And you bring me white because red is not available and surprise me WITH SOMETHING that is gonna be inside my body ! That if i’m not happy I can’t just decide to undo it ! even if you order some red flowers and the shop find it out of stock and they sent you white without asking you you will be frustrated imagine your body!
And they are telling me i need to wait to see result ! I saw photos of patients with the immediate result after surgery in surgery room ..
i know that i need to wait for the implant to settle and be maybe to look less weird i might understand that but the overall shape will not be bigger suddenly if 390 was put!!

i always see in their photos 440 , 500 ! And As well they say of course it’s because my butt is small and flat there was no space ! You had 2 options to tell me …
1- when you asked for my photos for consultation to share with the doctor when I reached out to you whatsapp !
2- face to face consultation with the doctor
And I was not informed at all , I SAID EVERYTHING I want and the doctor just agreed ! And the photos( attached here) are photos of patients more flat than me ! that’s not excuse
ALL OF THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED ON THE CONSULTATION AND I WOULDN’T DO THE DECISION TO GO FOR THIS SURGERY I wouldn’t do a surgery to just have a chat 20% on the look .

The final thing that they said as a solution from the customer service department : that they will investigate and check the last 50 patients if he didn’t for them the same mistake of there are complains he will receive a warning 🤣🤣🤣 damn it’s like I’m not even heard I might be the first mistake it happens ! You want him to has 50 complaints to take me seriously?!
And even if he gets a warning wow will that change my implant for better looking,?

Avoid this place - cheap means cheap in every sense. After 6 months, my crown area is still bald, and there are small patches on the front. To make things worse I've new thinning on the sides from where they extracted. I paid for 5000 graft/hair transplant. 3 nurses took 4.5 hours to extract, and then 2.5 hours to put them back in. Principle consultant would not do anything at all other than 2/3 minutes drop in. Three nurses operated. His brother will do the incision who isn't qualified/certified. Translator - Nadia is highly unprofessional, and would constantly send spam/upselling messages ever since from different numbers. The takeaway capsules/shampoo packs that I was offered mentions nothing about the ingredients. Avoid and go to a properly vetted clinic where consultant will carry out necessary steps themselves. I now have to get mine done again because these of cowboys. Do not fall victim to other reviews. I know one other turkish person who have experienced exactly the same as me.

It was an amazing experience. Dr. Hassan Hussain is a very skilled dental surgeon. I had three implants done, and the whole process felt smooth and efficient — he completed everything in less than an hour. He is very humble, and his assistant, Fareed, was also excellent. I highly recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

The consultant, Sara, was wonderful — very helpful, patient, and clear in explaining everything in detail. The receptionists at the front desk were also very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Overall, the environment was warm and professional.

I came from 🇺🇸 and got my dental treatment at Dentakay Dental Clinic and had a full mouth restoration. I am blown away by the competence, quality of service and level of care here at this clinic.

I initially came to Istanbul to get my teeth done at a different clinic I found through TilTok but as soon as I stepped in that clinic (not Dentakay), I was not impressed. Although their staff was very nice, it wasn’t the right fit for me. Being a perfectionist, I started to research and do site visits at multiple clinics. I was not impressed with the “one size fits all” kind of solution I heard from multiple clinics rushing through the process just to earn my money. I got to a point where I regretted my decision to come to Istanbul but that quickly changed as soon as I found Dentakay Dental Clinic.

I chose Dentakay Dental Clinic because of their unique process they offered from the moment I walked in. The doctors at Dentakay took the time to do in-depth analysis of my dental problems, explained the pros and cons of different treatment options and recommended me the treatment that made sense for me. I felt like they were invested in the process the same way I was.

My doctor, Irem Kocaturk, was not only competent but also a very good person. She did a great job with my teeth and the outcome is beyond my expectations. She over cared about my dental treatment, in fact, at one point, I was OK with the result but my doctor wasn’t and rejected the teeth back to the lab. Boy, she was right. Even though it took me another day to come back to the clinic, it was definitely worth it.

To anyone reading this review: I did my due diligence and, being a perfectionist, drove myself crazy in finding a good clinic. As a business man, I was impressed with their quality of work. The only negative thing was the accuracy of appointment times. For example, 1 pm appointment time could sometimes happen at 2:30 pm and I had to wait, but this is 🇹🇷 and it is very normal.

Dentakay was the best decision I could have made. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of complicated dental work like a full mouth restoration.

Came back 3yrs later to fix a issue. They answered me quickly and had my appointment ready when I arrived. 2 days later I was all finished and very satisfied with the result. Definitely would recommend Denta Kay to my friends and family if they need any dental work whether its big or small. Dr Ahmet Ozdemir is the guy to go to.

I had my treatment done at Dentakay in Turkey and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. I came in embarrassed to smile and left feeling like myself again. Every time I look in the mirror now, I see a natural, bright smile that fits my face — not something fake or “overdone”, just a better version of me.

From day one the staff were amazing. The coordinators, nurses and dentists were all patient, respectful and very professional. They took time to explain every step of the treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before, during and after each visit. I never felt rushed, and I always felt listened to.

The clinic itself is spotless and modern, with high-tech equipment and a very calm atmosphere. Everything felt organized — from appointments to x-rays and check-ups — which helped a lot, especially being in another country. Pain management was handled really well and even during the preparation phase I felt very well cared for.

Overall, my experience at Dentakay was genuinely 5-star. I got my smile back, my confidence back, and I’m very grateful to the whole team for that. I would definitely recommend Dentakay to anyone thinking about travelling to Turkey for dental treatment.
