I have been going to this hospital for myself and my family members, and overall I’ve had a very good experience—especially with Fardowsa, the hospital’s medical translator. She is extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. She speaks four languages fluently: Somali, Turkish, English, and Arabic.
Her presence makes navigating the hospital simple and stress-free. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, and ensures that nothing is lost in translation. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist patients and their families.
Fardowsa is one of the best medical translators I have ever met, and I believe the hospital is very fortunate to have her on their team. I highly recommend her.

And I reached to the customer care department they told me the reason the oval was not put because it was not available in turkey at that time !!! Is it me ordering some red flowers? And you bring me white because red is not available and surprise me WITH SOMETHING that is gonna be inside my body ! That if i’m not happy I can’t just decide to undo it ! even if you order some red flowers and the shop find it out of stock and they sent you white without asking you you will be frustrated imagine your body!
And they are telling me i need to wait to see result ! I saw photos of patients with the immediate result after surgery in surgery room ..
i know that i need to wait for the implant to settle and be maybe to look less weird i might understand that but the overall shape will not be bigger suddenly if 390 was put!!

i always see in their photos 440 , 500 ! And As well they say of course it’s because my butt is small and flat there was no space ! You had 2 options to tell me …
1- when you asked for my photos for consultation to share with the doctor when I reached out to you whatsapp !
2- face to face consultation with the doctor
And I was not informed at all , I SAID EVERYTHING I want and the doctor just agreed ! And the photos( attached here) are photos of patients more flat than me ! that’s not excuse
ALL OF THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED ON THE CONSULTATION AND I WOULDN’T DO THE DECISION TO GO FOR THIS SURGERY I wouldn’t do a surgery to just have a chat 20% on the look .

The final thing that they said as a solution from the customer service department : that they will investigate and check the last 50 patients if he didn’t for them the same mistake of there are complains he will receive a warning 🤣🤣🤣 damn it’s like I’m not even heard I might be the first mistake it happens ! You want him to has 50 complaints to take me seriously?!
And even if he gets a warning wow will that change my implant for better looking,?

After being quoted upwards of £30,000 to have my teeth sorted in the uk I opted for Dentakay. Needless to say the overall cost was much cheaper and the service was genuinely nothing short of fantastic. I needed 7/8 teeth removed initially, did not feel a single drop of pain as the surgeons ensured my mouth was numb. After 4 days I had a complete new set of teeth in my upper mouth and they look so natural. After 15 years of horrible teeth I finally feel comfortable smiling again! Dentakay were brilliant throughout, from the flights to the hotel which was stunning also.

The best choice of my life, so far.In the beginning a little apprehensive, but when I entered the plane, all gone I felt real and after the transfer, the accomodation, the 1° day in clinic was excellent, the staff support was very good, doctors are excellent, treatment pain free, and until now after 4 days all great.I need to make 2 visit, because was a ruff case (all mouth) but I can say for now, a excellent service and care.

I had a review but can't see it After many months im still having talks not about my dentist treatment which im absolutely delighted with . But the 2nd hotel I was put in wasnt what was promised The 1st was the falcon which was better than expectations. But then the quality gold i was put in on my 2nd visit didnt enjoy 1 bit . Wasn't all inclusive onky full board but if I wanted eggs in the morning I would have to pay extra every time I got a soft drink the barman had to ring reception to check. Its a ok hotel but not all inclusive. Even the manager said its not all inclusive but dantakay customer care says it is Paul blackwell (clacton on sea ) As I say dentists work absolutely excellent. Quality hotel not all inclusive

Dentakay are a quality dentist made me feel very comfortable before and after my treatment.would highly recommend this company.very happy with my experience

The professional approach to patient care and the communication, to an extent, is wonderful, I do think there should definitely be more English spoken I felt like I was almost in the way at times which is a shame, when you see how excellent everything else was. My dental surgeon took a rather heated phone call half way through my final fitting and the work after that was tense to say the least! My other negative is the huge price hike, with no breakdown of the cost of why🤷🏼‍♂️ I had one jaw in the main worked on and that cost me almost double what I was quoted for both jaws to be worked on🤷🏼‍♂️ a when I asked how much it would cost for the bottom jaw and the rest of the work to be finish (2nd visit) the lady told me, “I’m not good at numbers!”😳 but then almost demanded I commit to the second visit without the full facts in front of me🥴 would you buy a car without knowing how fast it goes or what fuel it takes? Don’t get me wrong except for those few things they were extremely competent, and would hope these concerns are taken in good faith I’d love to get the rest of the work finished there. The accommodation was wonderful they were so helpful and the food was great my half a smile is superb 😬

Well looked after, all travel and accommodation taken care of, the clinic was exceptional and clean! Staff were very professional. My results are amazing and I'm so happy! I would highly recommend.

Everything at the clinic was great. They take good care of their clients and Mason my consultant did a great job closing any gaps in communication. I 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their healthcare services

I am sharing my experience so that future patients can make an informed decision.I travelled from London to Istanbul for dental treatment at this clinic. Shortly after returning to the UK, I began experiencing problems with my front teeth, including what felt like air inside the work. I contacted the clinic and had to insist strongly to be seen again the following year.During my return visit, I was told that everything was fine and that the issue was “in my mind,” despite my ongoing discomfort. This required me to spend additional money on flights and accommodation.Two years later, my concerns were unfortunately proven correct when the front dental work failed and came out one evening. I contacted the clinic again in October to report this serious issue. I was told some one from after care department would contact me, but as of December, I have received no response at all. I have since had to pay for corrective treatment in the UK.I would also like to mention that while at the clinic, patients are encouraged to leave positive reviews on the spot, in front of staff, which does not allow time to assess the long-term quality of the work.I am very disappointed with the lack of accountability, follow-up, and communication. I would advise anyone considering treatment abroad to carefully weigh the risks and ensure they have strong aftercare and written guarantees.

Absolutely shocking communications with their public facing customer service people. I was honest and said I’m shopping around for quotes and have over all information, nae age meds etc along with what I need (sinus lift) and wha I wanted (all on 4-5) and what I got was a quote of over £14k for 5 single implants. Whilst waiting for quotes I was badgered by these lot continuously at all times via msg and calls even after telling severalTimes I will not be taking calls. Then, after politely saying I with not be using the company I got an insulting msg starting, with all due respect, (back up dipstick) and continued with a telling off saying I should be putting price before my health etc. wouldn’t mind but thy haven’t a clue who I am going with and besides that, I’ve probably got more qualifications in dentistry then the person talking to me s, with all due respect, get over yourselves I’m not an idiot and know what to do when seeking private surgical work in a country the people still wipe their arse with their hands thank you.
