Dr. Ahmed was outstanding extremely professional, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. As someone who is usually very afraid of needles and dentist visits, I was honestly nervous at first. However, his calm approach and professionalism completely changed that experience for me. He made the whole procedure feel smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. I would also like to mention Mohamed, who helped as a translator. Having him there made communication very easy and clear, and it added an extra level of comfort during the visit. Overall, everything was truly top-notch. They were very satisfied with the results, which gave me the confidence to come here myself and do a full mouth restoration with zirconium crowns. I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied with the final result. My teeth look beautiful, natural and very strong. A special thank you goes to Dr. Melike, who did an outstanding job. She is not only a highly skilled and experienced doctor, but also a very positive person with a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience much more comfortable and relaxed. Together with all of her colleagues, they achieved a fantastic result. I would also like to mention Ilker Balaban, the technician, who was a very friendly and positive person. Even though making coffee was not part of his job, he kindly made me coffee several times and always had a very welcoming attitude. Small gestures like this really make a difference and help patients feel comfortable during their treatment. My review reflects my 100% real experience at Dentakay. Everything was organized very well, including the hotel accommodation and the daily transportation between the hotel and the clinic. The drivers were always on time and professional, which made the whole process very convenient. Most of the staff members were very friendly, polite and smiling, which I really appreciated. However, I would love to see every single team member maintain that same level of friendliness and professionalism without exception. One thing that could definitely be improved is communication and coordination between the team and with patients. Sometimes I would receive notifications saying that the driver was coming to pick me up from the hotel while I was already at the clinic. There was also some confusion on the last day regarding whether I would be picked up from the hotel or from the clinic to go to the airport. Since I had already checked out of the hotel and brought my luggage with me to the clinic, this created unnecessary confusion. I believe this is something Dentakay should improve internally, because clear communication is very important for international patients. Overall, despite these small communication issues, I am very happy with the final result and the treatment I received. I would still recommend Dentakay to anyone considering dental treatment in Istanbul. Thank you to the whole team and especially to Dr. Melike for giving me my new smile."

I am blown away by the competence, quality of service and level of care here at this clinic. I initially came to Istanbul to get my teeth done at a different clinic I found through TilTok but as soon as I stepped in that clinic (not Dentakay), I was not impressed. Although their staff was very nice, it wasn’t the right fit for me. Being a perfectionist, I started to research and do site visits at multiple clinics. I was not impressed with the “one size fits all” kind of solution I heard from multiple clinics rushing through the process just to earn my money. I got to a point where I regretted my decision to come to Istanbul but that quickly changed as soon as I found Dentakay Dental Clinic. I chose Dentakay Dental Clinic because of their unique process they offered from the moment I walked in. The doctors at Dentakay took the time to do in-depth analysis of my dental problems, explained the pros and cons of different treatment options and recommended me the treatment that made sense for me. I felt like they were invested in the process the same way I was. My doctor, Irem Kocaturk, was not only competent but also a very good person. She did a great job with my teeth and the outcome is beyond my expectations. She over cared about my dental treatment, in fact, at one point, I was OK with the result but my doctor wasn’t and rejected the teeth back to the lab. Boy, she was right. Even though it took me another day to come back to the clinic, it was definitely worth it. To anyone reading this review: I did my due diligence and, being a perfectionist, drove myself crazy in finding a good clinic. As a business man, I was impressed with their quality of work. The only negative thing was the accuracy of appointment times. For example, 1 pm appointment time could sometimes happen at 2:30 pm and I had to wait, but this is 🇹🇷 and it is very normal. Dentakay was the best decision I could have made. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of complicated dental work like a full mouth restoration. Every time I look in the mirror now, I see a natural, bright smile that fits my face — not something fake or “overdone”, just a better version of me. From day one the staff were amazing. The coordinators, nurses and dentists were all patient, respectful and very professional. They took time to explain every step of the treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before, during and after each visit. I never felt rushed, and I always felt listened to. The clinic itself is spotless and modern, with high-tech equipment and a very calm atmosphere. Everything felt organized — from appointments to x-rays and check-ups — which helped a lot, especially being in another country. Wasn't all inclusive onky full board but if I wanted eggs in the morning I would have to pay extra every time I got a soft drink the barman had to ring reception to check. Needless to say the overall cost was much cheaper and the service was genuinely nothing short of fantastic. I needed 7/8 teeth removed initially, did not feel a single drop of pain as the surgeons ensured my mouth was numb. After 4 days I had a complete new set of teeth in my upper mouth and they look so natural. After 15 years of horrible teeth I finally feel comfortable smiling again! Dentakay were brilliant throughout, from the flights to the hotel which was stunning also. "

My dental surgeon took a rather heated phone call half way through my final fitting and the work after that was tense to say the least! My other negative is the huge price hike, with no breakdown of the cost of why🤷🏼♂️ I had one jaw in the main worked on and that cost me almost double what I was quoted for both jaws to be worked on🤷🏼♂️ a when I asked how much it would cost for the bottom jaw and the rest of the work to be finish (2nd visit) the lady told me, “I’m not good at numbers!”😳 but then almost demanded I commit to the second visit without the full facts in front of me🥴 would you buy a car without knowing how fast it goes or what fuel it takes? Don’t get me wrong except for those few things they were extremely competent, and would hope these concerns are taken in good faith I’d love to get the rest of the work finished there. The accommodation was wonderful they were so helpful and the food was great my half a smile is superb 😬"

Whilst waiting for quotes I was badgered by these lot continuously at all times via msg and calls even after telling severalTimes I will not be taking calls. Then, after politely saying I with not be using the company I got an insulting msg starting, with all due respect, (back up dipstick) and continued with a telling off saying I should be putting price before my health etc. wouldn’t mind but thy haven’t a clue who I am going with and besides that, I’ve probably got more qualifications in dentistry then the person talking to me s, with all due respect, get over yourselves I’m not an idiot and know what to do when seeking private surgical work in a country the people still wipe their arse with their hands thank you. Shortly after returning to the UK, I began experiencing problems with my front teeth, including what felt like air inside the work. I contacted the clinic and had to insist strongly to be seen again the following year.During my return visit, I was told that everything was fine and that the issue was “in my mind,” despite my ongoing discomfort. This required me to spend additional money on flights and accommodation.Two years later, my concerns were unfortunately proven correct when the front dental work failed and came out one evening. I contacted the clinic again in October to report this serious issue. I was told some one from after care department would contact me, but as of December, I have received no response at all. I have since had to pay for corrective treatment in the UK.I would also like to mention that while at the clinic, patients are encouraged to leave positive reviews on the spot, in front of staff, which does not allow time to assess the long-term quality of the work.I am very disappointed with the lack of accountability, follow-up, and communication. I would advise anyone considering treatment abroad to carefully weigh the risks and ensure they have strong aftercare and written guarantees."

The atmosphere, the staff and the service was all 5* and I could not be happier with the outcome. Each case is different and they will definitely work out what's best for you. The price was fair on both of the two options offered to me considering the amount of work completed and I was refunded the cost of work that didn't need to be done after the original consultation quote. So please avoid as youll only end up with worse problems. Plus they are slow at getting back to you for a reply. Had loads of problems down to not correctly fitted crowns. Also when you look and bad reviews they make out like the customer is at fault.They talk there way out of everything do not pay them a penny trust me you will regret it.I have been to clinic twice to get my crowns fitted and they keep coming lose also they have gaps at the top. They clearly dont have a clue what they are doing. Im sick of having to get flights over to get the same problem looked at and they cant seem to get it right. So i would highly avoid. Also keep messaging me to delete review as they are saying that they will sort problem out but i have been back twice all ready and they cant seem to get it right. "

A salesman brought me to a room and advised me to get Zirconium crowns instead of porcelain and said that I needed a Gingivectomy (laser treatment removing excess gum) on 10 reeth this pushed the price up to £7,298. I was shocked but I borrowed the money to complete the treatment. The procedure on this trip was pretty good and didn't have to wait more than an hour for the appointments and everything was completed on time.On my 2nd trip however.. everything took a new turn .. I was informed that I had to cover my own flights and accommodation for 5 days as my treatment would take place overb3 to 4 days, i booked an extra 3 nights at the hotel so that i could enjoy some holidaytime in Antalya. The flights and accommodation cost me £1050.00 and on top of that I had to pay an extra £1018.00 to Dentakay .. this pushed the costs of my dental treatment up to £9366.00 which alone is pretty expensive. I attended Dentakay on the Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, I was told at reception that this would be my final day. When the Dentist went to fit my final teeth (implants + 2 crowns which was missed the 1st time) he told me that the new teeth were the wrong colour and had to be sent back, he also removed some of my old crowns to send back with them so that the colour would match my other teeth. This extended my treatment plan (lucky I booked extra time in Antalya) this took up my holiday time as I got an extra 2 route canals and my teeth fitted on the Thursady&Friday. I was glad it was over and booked a trip to Pammulale on Saturday. I woke up with an extremely sore mouth on Saturday morning which go progressively worse throughout the day, partly because of my teeth but my Jaw felt as if it was broken because on the Friday when the dentist was working on my back tooth he was gripping my jaw and forcing it back really forcefully. I informed dentakay who told me to come in that day but I explained to them that I wouldn't be back until late that day. I had to swap messages with 2 or 3 different departments in Dentakay who were obviously not talking to each other as I repeated myself several times over the course of the day (they still sent a car to the hotel) because of this, I couldn't catch my flight on Sunday and couldn't get a flight until the following Wednesday. I had to pay to change my flight and Dentakay (after arguing) agreed to pay for a hotel for an extra 2 nights (B&B at a separate hotel across town) because i would only need 2 appointments which meant that I had to cover the cost of the 3rd night and all my meals for the rest of the time, it turned out that Dentakay were workingnon my teeth until wednesday afternoon, i needed to pack up and take my luggage to the surgery to avoid extra charges. Over all this time at Dentakay I had to wait between 1.5 - 3 hours after my appointment time to be seen. My Dentist was very impatient, very rough and sometimes rude. The Dentist & the assistant were constantly taking phone calls and sending texts and laughing and joking, there were also alot of people opening the door and coming in for a chat to the dentist or the assistant. Downstairs in the waiting room was always busy with people coming and going and it was very disorganised. I was also approached by one of the girls trying to sign me off before my treatmentwas complete. I am still having problems with my teeth and I will probably have to go back at some stage in early 2026 which I am really not looking forward to, I will probably have to fund that also. In Summary, Dentakay Antalya provide lovely, good quality teeth but it is a busy production line and once they have your money they lose interest in your comfort or happiness."

Avant tout, je souhaite remercier chaleureusement Lissa, ma consultante médicale lors de ma première prise en charge.Elle a organisé mon départ vers la clinique de manière exemplaire, avec une disponibilité, une bienveillance et une réactivité qui ont véritablement facilité tout mon parcours initial. Son professionnalisme et son écoute ont été un réel point fort dans cette expérience, et je tiens à lui exprimer toute ma gratitude. 1. Suivi postopératoire insuffisant :Le principal point négatif concerne le suivi postopératoire. Quelques jours après l’intervention, j’ai commencé à ressentir une douleur aiguë sur une dent. Lorsque le service « fidélisation » m’a contacté, je leur ai expliqué la situation, mais ils m’ont indiqué qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire et que le service dédié me contacterait uniquement par message. J’ai précisé que j’avais besoin d’un appel téléphonique pour échanger clairement avec un professionnel, mais on m’a répondu que cela n’existait pas. Je trouve vraiment regrettable et incompréhensible qu’une clinique de cette envergure ne propose aucun suivi post-opératoire téléphonique, surtout après une opération aussi importante. 2. Problème de traduction à la clinique :La qualité de la traduction sur place est également un point à améliorer. Après l’intervention, le chirurgien avait pris le temps d’expliquer qu’il avait dû modifier ce qui était prévu, mais à mon avantage. Le traducteur m’a transmis l’inverse, m’indiquant que le chirurgien avait fait « moins que prévu ». Cela a entraîné une incompréhension dans la facturation au moment de mon départ. Nous avons dû déranger le chirurgien en pleine opération pour clarifier la situation, ce qui était inconfortable pour tout le monde. Au final, le chirurgien avait réalisé davantage que prévu, sans surcoût. Je suis d’ailleurs très satisfait de son travail au niveau de l’implantologie, mais cette erreur de traduction nous a mis tous les deux dans une position délicate. 3. Restauration de l’hôtel partenaire non adaptée aux patients :L’hôtel partenaire est idéalement situé à une minute à pied de la clinique, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Cependant, le service de restauration inclus dans le pack n’est pas adapté à la patientèle opérée. Sur mes 5 jours sur place, il n’y a jamais eu systématiquement une entrée, un plat et un dessert pouvant être consommés avec une mâche réduite, ce qui est pourtant indispensable après ce type d’intervention.De plus, si l’opération se termine tard, attention : le buffet ferme à 21h. Comme il est interdit de manger sous anesthésie pour éviter de se mordre, beaucoup de patients se retrouvent sans repas s’ils sortent du bloc trop tard. L’hôtel ne fait aucune exception, même si les retards sont compréhensibles et liés au travail minutieux des chirurgiens.Je suis très satisfait du travail du chirurgien, qui a réalisé une intervention complexe avec beaucoup de maîtrise. En revanche, l’absence de suivi postopératoire téléphonique, les difficultés de traduction, le manque d’adaptation du service repas de l’hôtel et le changement de consultant lors de ma seconde visite sont des points importants qui méritent d’être corrigés. Avec quelques améliorations, l’expérience patient pourrait réellement être à la hauteur du niveau médical proposé."

I was initially quoted 5/6k and this price was boosted to 12.6k, I did have a lot of work done, but be prepared for it to cost more than quoted. Also make sure you ask for hotel to be included on second visit as I had to pay for alternative accommodation, and 90% of customers are being offered this on second visit. All in all, I’m extremely happy with my final look and would do this again 100%. UK dentistry is awful, so well done Dentakay and big thanks to everyone for making me more confident, it’s been a great experience.Thank you ever so much..!!"

I don’t like the shape or color, smile is crooked and teeth look too short with translucent tips (which I mentioned since I saw them). This is not what I asked for. My trip was 100% paid by me, flight and hotels. I booked 10 days because I wanted to have extra time for adjustments, instead they delayed my treatment until my last day so I saw finals and cemented just hours from my flight home. Does it look better than not having veneers and showing the shaved down teeth? Yes, but I paid premium fees for substandard care. Waited long hours at the clinic while seeing new patients brought in before me. Coordinator was the “collector” I saw for first and last payment only. I never knew what was happening next. There was no communication with dentist or coordinator. I sent several messages but they said to communicate with coordinator but there was no number to contact him. I was kept in the dark. There was a feeling of hopelessness and that I had to accept whatever they wanted to do whenever they wanted it. Extremely UNHAPPY with results!!!!!"

This response is nothing but gaslighting a person that has trusted you with their oral health and is now paying off a loan because of it. You are telling me I'm not a dentist to make an ASSUMPTION? So I cannot assume my teeth were not done correctly becuse you as professionals know better than me? Are they not my teeth? Was I supposed to put my crowns back in every week then? Why were they slipping out? I WAS told by multiple dentists in the United States that you have overshaved my teeth. That you have not respected the biological barrier, which caused constant inflamatioon, and that connecting them makes it harder to clean and maintain. Forget about the overshaving and connections. WHY DID YOUR CROWNS SLIP OUT. A CROWN SHOULD NEVER SLIP OUT (you don't need to be a professional to know that, but it was confirmed by multiple) The attempt to gaslight me is crazy. You never told me you would work with my overseas clinic and I stopped receiving responses when I got upset with your aftercare member. Everything was handled through whatsapp. I did do my teeth there, I did fly there, I do have a credit card charge from you on my account. Perhaps if I was not a client maybe I should dispute the charge and receive a refund? I also paid a big portion in cash so please send me that as well then? As well as your funny warranty certificate I received, you did not promise anything for free when I inquired about it. I was told I'm doing something wrong for the crowns to fall such as eating sticky foods or whatever gaslighting response I received back then. I did pay$40k to redo all the crowns here and I DID send you photos of my crowns falling after I came home. I was gaslighted by you then, and I am being gaslighted by you now. They ruined my teeth. Before I receive a long gaslighting response from them, I would like to say that I’m not wasting my time writing this review for fun and it is the honest truth that I can back up with proof.Flew from the US to get a better deal and they overshaved my teeth. I was the one who requested a full mouth of crowns which I do regret now but they connected the crowns and made them in a way that did not respect the biological barrier and was hard to clean. As a result, my gums bled for 2 years and I had a breath that was unpleasant due to the constant blood. They of course told me to floss more and use mouthwash.. that’s it, as if I’m an idiot who doesn’t know how to take care of their teeth.In addition, and the worst of all, my crowns started coming out 2 weeks after being back to the US. Since they were connected, I had to pay for 2-3 new crowns at a time. They were literally sliding off. When I got my first dental cleaning, more came out. Some of them were glued back and others we had to just replace. This was such a nightmare and after a year I did surgery to bring more space in my gums and when that didn’t help the bleeding, we ended up replacing the rest of the crowns with a local dentist. It cost me $45,000 to fix this and my gums are no longer inflamed and bleeding. I even had a baby recently and no hormonal bleeding or swelling. So the issue definitely was due to their work. When I contacted them, they told me to fly back so they can do an exam but just gaslighted me that I ate something wrong and that’s why my crowns slid off. I couldn’t justify paying $1000 to fly back to eventually get more damage done and I was not even once told that they would do it free of charge so of course I did not go.Honestly, every dentist I consulted in the US told me the crowns were done wrong and in a rush and that my teeth are overshaved and should not have been shaved so much. I never got even $1 refund from this company for the horrible work they did and I’m now owing so much more to fix their work. They also stopped responding once I was upset and freaking out which of course made things even more awesome. "

Les implants, et les couronnes sont parmis les meilleurs au monde, la technologie, la compétence et le professionnalisme des différents métiers de la dentisterie, est incontestable ! En fait vous avez tout pour être leader. Mais vous utilisez tout le temps que l'on met à votre disposition même s'il dépasse celui préconisé. Si on doit venir 4 jours et qu'on reste 6 jours, vous allez utiliser les 6 jours, comme si le patient était à "VOTRE" disposition. C'est nous qui payons, c'est à vous d'être à notre disposition pour le temps que vous nous avez préconisé de prendre sur notre vie privée et professionnelle. S'il vous reste 5 min pour des dernières modifications avant d'expédier le patient à l'aéroport, vous allez les utiliser, en générant chez lui un stress ! Le stress d'occulter peut être des choses importantes à corriger, pour que son aventure (à vie), se passe au mieux pour lui, juste parce qu'il sait que son temps est compté car il a un avion à prendre. Lors des essais de prothèses provisoires, vous ne laissez pas le temps au patient, de vous faire un retour, pour discuter sérieusement de l'esthétique qu'il souhaite pour ses dents, les éventuelles modifications à faire selon la mastication, bref, car en parallèle vous lancez déjà la fabrication des couronnes définitives. Alors certe, cela a pu être modifiable en cour de route, mais c'est jouer avec le feu, la santé et le porte monnaie des gens ! Si vous ne voulez pas qu'il abuse de la garantie, faite en sorte qu'il ne passe pas plus de temps à l'hôtel qu'à la clinique, optimisez au maximum le temps qu'il met à votre disposition selon VOS recommandations, n'empiètez pas sur le temps qu'il a au delà de ce qui a été préconisé, sauf justement pour vous en servir en cas de modifications imprévue ! Cela ne doit servir que à ça. Chaque patient planifié devraient connaître à l'avance le programme de sa semaine, pour ne pas avoir à consulter son WhatsApp toutes les 5 min. Ne cherchez pas à rendre le patient dépendant de Dentakay ou de la Turquie, en lui laissant la possibilité de repartir avec les outils nécessaires à l'extraction et remise en place de ses couronnes sur implants, pour traiter une éventuelle urgence qui mettrait sa vie en danger. Moyennant évidemment un paiement supplémentaire, mais aussi un business intéressant pour vous. Proposez le. Soyez rassurant avec le patient, de manière sincère, et votre business sera beaucoup plus rentable, que de vouloir attendre la dernière minute pour terminer son traitement, afin qu'il n'ait pas trop le choix d'accepter cette dernière phase telle qu'elle est, car il sait que il a un avion à prendre. C'est vraiment dommage, d'être aussi compétent, professionnel, et de fournir une aussi bonne qualité de matériel et de savoir faire, et de la négliger au nom de la rentabilité ! Rendez vous plus humain. Et vous allez vous démarquer des autres cliniques concurrentes. Autrement, Dentakay, évidemment il n'y a rien à dire, je ne regrette pas mon expérience avec eux, mais j'ai souffert de stress, car vous manquez de savoir vous mettre à la place de vos patients qui risquent leur santé et des milliers d'euros qu'ils remettent entre vos mains. Ce n'est pas une critique gratuite. C'est constructif. Le résultat est la ! On en a pour notre argent ! 5 extractions de dents, dont 4 infectées, sinus lift + greffe osseuse, curetage, pose d'implants immédiate (Nobel active Best of the world), 28 couronnes. Sans aucun problème de santé. Tout ça en 2 semaine espacées de 6 mois, pour un prix moyen de 10 000€. Hôtel + premier vol compris. Même si on imagine qu'on l'a payé un peu... bref.. y'a rien à dire par rapport à la France, le stress en vaut la peine. Il n'y a pas de meilleur ratio qualité/prix dans le monde. Les turcs savent très bien travailler ! On a rien à leur apprendre. En France on ne pose pas d'implants dans la foulée d'une extraction infectée. Et bien en Turquie, ça fonctionne ! I initially contacted Dentakay because my teeth really knocked my confidence so wanted treatment done. I asked them for a quote sent photos etc they contacted me with estimated prices at the time of the call I didn’t have all the funds available which I explained to them they fully understood they did call me again a little while after to check how things were going once I explained I would contact them once I had raised all the funds they left me too it. Once I had the funds they organised everything for me. I took my brother along for support but there is a cost of taking someone with you so do bare that in mind this isn’t part of the quote. We stayed in Istanbul the hotel was fine but there is nothing around in this area so if you’re wanting a holiday with your treatment this is not what you’ll get. Yes there is a lot of waiting around for appointments and sometimes the taxi is late etc but for me this wasn’t an issue a taxi can be late in the UK so there’s no difference just because your abroad. The cost: I went in for my first appointment check up scan etc and had my consultation my consultant Edrick was fantastic yes there was an extra cost after I had my X-rays and scans and there were underlying issues which I wasn’t aware of so the extra cost was a shock and I wasn’t sure I would be able to continue with my treatment so initially I was devastated I spoke with Edrick and explained my situation and laid my cards on the table. I never felt pressured into going ahead and they worked with me and my budget to help me get the best possible outcome within my budget. I decided to go ahead with the treatment and I’m so glad I did don’t get me wrong the next 4/5 days were awful being prodded and poked teeth removed root canals and bone grafts I was swollen and sore but I knew the end goal was worth it. I’m now back in the UK with some of my permanent teeth already fitted and will return within the next 3-6 months for the final treatment. And the last of my teeth fitted once everything in my mouth is all healed. I was told before I left that the travel and accommodation is not fully paid for on the second trip which was another shocked as that is an extra cost that I wasn’t aware of but they do make all this clear when you first go and you agree to treatment. But the way I see it is this whole trip and treatment including the extras wouldn’t be affordable for me in the UK but now I’m hope with a nice smile and pain free for the first time in years. Thank you Edrick and Dentakay see you in 3-6 months to continue my journey. "

Ibrahim who was totally professional. He is details focused and checking All the time the quality of the service provided. He run several tests and control before releasing me. He also is warm welcoming and listening All the time the questions and even asking you if have again questions. He starts always by explaining you the different step to be done and their nature of painful or not.In summary I am very satisfied with Dentakay in général and Dr. Ibrahim in particular."
