Very disappointing experience. The quote was increased and the warranty reduced. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.

They switched what doctors was doing my surgery and didn’t tell me, I didn’t know till I got there. They did not book me into the hotel I chose and paid for, instead they put me in a rundown hotel with horrible beds. They promise you a translator with be with you every step of the way but my translator didn’t show the day of my surgery. I paid to have a breast augmentation and lift but I was not happy with the results, I knew something wasn’t right. I had two different consultations with plastic surgeon once I got back home to Canada and was told by both doctors that the Turkish doctor did not do a lift at all so now I have to have another surgery and pay again for a breast lift. The turkeyana clinic charged me thousands of dollars for services I did not get, switched plastic surgeons on me without my knowledge and did not take care of me like they claim to do in there ads and websites. The hospital staff and doctors assistant were not friendly at all. It is now Sept 16 2025 and I still have not gotten any answers from Turkeyana Clinic.

Before my visit, I shared images of my teeth, thinking that would be enough. Once there, I learned x-rays were essential to plan the work properly, which added some unforeseen expenses. The staff was reassuring and professional throughout. After two sessions, my teeth look fantastic—better than I imagined. I truly appreciate their attention to detail.

SAT IN A DOGS WET SPOT IN DOCTORS CHAIR HOURS BEFORE SURGERY?!?

I’m sad about my experience here. I tried to reach out many times for aftercare concerns and got no response. If you trust professionals with your body, the care shouldn’t end when you leave the hospital. Support should be offered continually throughout. There are many holes in the patient experience that need to be mended.

Not to mention, my surgeon has dogs in his office and I sat in a wet spot hours before surgery. I consider this unsanitary

Poor servise!

Dentalkay is a fraudulent clinic!They abuse prices and convince you just with a simple photo of your teeth without even asking for a panoramic X-ray. They asked me for €8,300, then when I arrived they said €15,000. I traveled from another country and also had all the extra expenses – tickets, hotel, taxi.My advice: discuss everything from the start and don’t trust only a photo they ask for, because they will come up with many more things once you’re there. They will also give you three implant options only when you arrive, just to confuse you!And when I told them I didn’t want teeth like those, they said “Don’t worry” – but it turned out to be the complete

My first visit was in February and although I’d had a consultation via WhatsApp and a telephone conversation you really need to have a x ray before you go and send it to them or you may have additional costs added because photos of your teeth are not enough to be able to assess the work needed to be done. So yeah bit of a price hike that I wasn’t prepared for and a lot more work than I expected…but let me tell you, they are meticulous, I came home yesterday after my second visit and final fitting, I am over the moon with the results, they look amazing, smiles for miles, thank you Dentakay, highly recommended…
