The hair transplant procedure itself was satisfactory, and the staff were very professional in their technical execution. However, there were significant issues that detracted from the overall experience.One of the major concerns was the lack of privacy during the procedure. It felt like anyone could come in and record without permission, which was quite uncomfortable. The clinic seemed overly focused on promoting their services, frequently recording every moment, even after expressing discomfort and requesting them to stop. This relentless promotion felt intrusive and disrespectful to personal boundaries.Another disappointing aspect was the aggressive push to purchase additional products. It seemed like the staff were more interested in upselling unnecessary products rather than focusing on patient care. This approach felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine concern for the patient’s well-being.Additionally, the translators provided didn’t offer much help. Communication was unclear, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening during the procedure. Better communication and transparency would have greatly improved the experience.In summary, while the technical side of the transplant was handled well, the lack of privacy, intrusive promotion, aggressive sales tactics, and poor communication made the overall experience less than ideal. I had my hair transplant recently ( 4 Days ago) in Estecenter and the experience that I had is amazing. This is just because amazing people out there, especially my translator make me feel like home there and during my surgery they stood next me and explain me each and everything in detail. I had an amazing experience in Istanbul having a body lift, liposuction and BBL with Dr. B at Estetik International. The staff is absolutely amazing from transportation, to translation, and promptly answering questions. The nursing staff took amazing care of me and my husband who was able to sleep in my room with me. They provided us three meals at day while at the hospital and the food was delicious! Five stars for sure!! Highly recommend!
