During my stay, every single member of staff has been incredibly helpful and vigilant. From Neda, Dr Serkan, Miss S, the nurses, and the cleaners, every single one has been lovely and gentle whilst I am recovering. Even with the language barrier, they have provided translation services, and the nurses have tried hard to explain and be reassuring.I would definitely recommend the helpful staff, it is a very comfortable, clean and friendly atmosphere and I am happy with my choice to have surgery here.My surgery results are amazing and better than I possibly could have imagined, and Neda arranged everything with transport to accommodation amazingly.Thank you to the whole team for making this a positive and safe experience!

Replacement of implant bridge went wrong the dentist did not design the bridge to size properly where it is detached from the gum line and visible cement open where the bridge does not reach the gumline. Is my fault falling for a cheap marketing bombardment trick to save some expense and all i have done is lose money and time as will have to replace the bridges. Lesson learnt the management/ owners invited me over to re speak with the dentist who carried out the bridge design to fix any issues if he found fault except I already attempted to speak with him during visit after attaching bridges however he ended the check where did not even fully check after insertion as he knew there was issues not acceptable. Nice pair of money grabbing owners who said yeh come on back out here to waste more time and money, I am let down by my own naivity 1st time around not going back to get an irrelevant response like whatsapp came back with well they are not moving nope just totally annoyed with a strapped piece of crap messed up dentures in my mouth and previously had expensive perfect bridge crowns only wanted to change as porcelain kept chipping only wanted zirconium and paid for zirconium and guess what the dentist told me they were porcelain. Go on their marketing ploy conveyor belt if your dare unless it is something straight forward and uncomplex with no specific needs.
