Scam Warning – Avoid This Hair Clinic in Istanbul ⚠️I want to share my experience to warn others. What was supposed to be a simple hair implant procedure turned into a nightmare.1️⃣ Arrival & Hotel ExperienceOn arrival at Istanbul airport, the driver who picked us up did not speak English and was rude. He dropped us at the hotel and left, with no one telling us what was next, when we would be collected, or what time. I had to call the clinic myself for information.The hotel room at the Crowne Plaza was dirty, so we requested to be moved to a different hotel. We still haven’t received our deposit back, almost 4 weeks later.2️⃣ Clinic ExperienceThe next day, I was taken to the clinic. The clinic itself looked nice and clean.I was taken to the doctor’s office and had to wait 40 minutes for the doctor to arrive. When he came:He did not speak English.He was dressed casually, like he was there to clean the office.The translator and doctor spoke in their own language, then the doctor looked at my head for 30 seconds. The translator said I would need 6,500 grafts, which doubled the price and meant two operations.The doctor just walked out while the translator and I discussed the price.3️⃣ Payment & Pre-SurgeryI told them I would not proceed if the price was that high. The translator got upset and asked if I would pay cash. I agreed: $2,000 cash, $700 on card. They added 10% card fee, which I reluctantly paid.They did blood tests, but I never received the results.They shaved my head and took me to the surgery room with three staff who didn’t speak English. The doctor was never seen again.4️⃣ Surgery ExperienceMy head was numbed with injections, which were very painful.During the procedure:Staff were answering phones and watching TV, laughing.The door was left open, and I could hear people walking and chatting.I had to signal multiple times that parts of my head were hurting, and they had to re-inject three times.The whole operation took about 7 hours.After surgery, I was taken back to the hotel with no instructions.5️⃣ Post-Surgery & Follow-UpThe next day, I was collected 12 hours later for a head wash.The staff was rude.She washed my head too early (less than 24h after surgery).She tried to sell me shampoo and head cleaner for $2,000 USD – almost the price of the operation! I refused, and she became irritable, then sent me back to the hotel.I heard nothing from the clinic for 5 days until it was time to return to the airport.6️⃣ Departure ProblemsI was told the car would collect me at 9 PM, but had to wait until 10 PM.I was informed the car broke down.When the car arrived, there was another passenger to drop off before I could go to the airport. I had no choice but to go with the flow.7️⃣ Lack of Care & Follow-UpIt has been four weeks since the operation, and no one from the clinic has contacted me to check on my recovery.❌ Conclusion:I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. You would be better off doing the operation in your own country. The experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and costly.

Its a scam, i got hair transplant done in 2023 but my crown was still bald at all. First of all they don’t really communicate and now finally they ready to do second hair transplant done in half price. But most of other clinic said no as they already took 4000 grafts dont know how , it looks very weak now. I am definitely going with again even they offering me half price. Beware

Nun mein erster Besuch bei Dentakay Antalya ist zu Ende und ich muss sagen ich bin sehr zufrieden! Ein herzliches Dankeschön möchte ich an meine Agentin Lena Mosa aussprechen die das ganze super professionell organisiert hat! Und natürlich an das ganze Dentakay Team, das sich um mich gekümmert hat, ein herzliches Dankeschön! Die Behandlung erfolgte schnell und absolut schmerzlos. Ich hatte keine Schwellungen oder blaue Flecken nach dem mir vier Zähne gezogen und sechs Implantate gesetzt wurden. Auch der Aufenthalt im Hotel Falcon und Transfer zur Klinik waren auf dem höchsten Niveau! Ich kann Dentakay Antalya nur weiterempfehlen und freue mich auf meinen zweiten Besuch in drei Monaten!

I first had my implants and crowns a few years ago . They have been amazing but one crown became loose so I booked an appointment to rectify. At the consultation my dentist recommended replacing 8 crowns as they were very slightly imperfect… so after 3 days of skill and care and hard work I left with an absolutely perfect smile once more . All this was covered under their warranty . The staff were amazing . Bravo Dentakay !!

Yesterday I went to Estecenter to use one of the PRP + Mesotherapy sessions from the 3-session package I had purchased. However, as soon as I arrived, a staff member spoke to me in a very rude manner, claiming that I had not paid for the package. This was completely untrue, since I had already paid 7,000 TL in cash about a month ago for the full 3-session package, and I had even used one of the sessions at that time.Because their system did not show my payment, I was kept waiting for a long time while they tried to get confirmation from their accounting department. Eventually, they confirmed that the payment had indeed been made. Yet, not a single apology was offered for the stress and inconvenience they caused me.Due to this unprofessional and disrespectful treatment, I told them I no longer wished to continue my treatments there and requested a refund. Unfortunately, even the refund process was full of delays and contradictory statements.What shocked me even more was discovering that the person performing PRP and mesotherapy treatments was actually the same person working at the reception desk. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about safety and standards.In conclusion, I was completely dissatisfied with Estecenter’s services, will never return, and I absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
