What impressed me most about Dentakay was their communication. The staff checked in regularly, explained the next steps, and always made me feel comfortable. The environment is bright and hygienic, and the outcome of my treatment has truly boosted my confidence.

Won’t bother to even enquire againMade a small enquiry a few months ago and ever since I have had countless and countless calls from +44 7454 813947 I responded to a call and explained I was in hospital really poorly etc so please hold off on the calls and I will come back to you, today I got another call and I explained again I am not well please do not contact me I then get “well when you will be better” I’m sorry I don’t know… so I said “i will contact you when I’m fit and healthy” he then huffed and puffed and cut me off mid sentence and ended the call. Rudest customer service if that’s what you wanna call it, it’s like harassment to have your teeth done so when it comes to wanting them done I will not be going back to dentakay

I went to this place last year and was very happy with my results. However, second time around, I visited in August 2025 and I am extremely unhappy with my results. The physician I first saw is no longer employed here. I got Botox done on my eyebrows and lips. My nose looks crooked and my eyes look swollen. Other than the physician, I want to acknowledge that the staff is very friendly and welcoming, specifically the nurses and the receptionist.

I recently had nose surgery at Asli Tarcan Clinic, and my consultant was Mason. From the very first conversation, he guided me through every step of the process and made sure I felt informed and comfortable. He answered all my questions patiently and was always easy to reach. The clinic team was professional, and I felt well taken care of throughout. I’m very happy with how smooth everything went and can’t wait to see the final results once I’m fully healed.

I went to the BHT clinic to have a facelift. I needed to remove the sagging skin on my lower face. They didn't do the sagging lower part of my face, but after the surgery they said I would see results within 6 months. They gave me terrible scars and said that everything would be back to normal in six months. The surgery was in 2023 and I still have terrible scars that won't go away without surgery. The contract is with Dr. Cengizhan Ekizceli. When I returned to the clinic to have the scars removed, Dr. Cengizhan Ekizceli said that another doctor from his team did the facelift. The hospital invites students to pay them less. I still haven't been able to find out who did the facelift. I wrote a letter to the hospital several times complaining that they didn’t do anything (didn’t tighten) to my lower face, they disfigured me (left scars in the area between my eyes and temples), they didn’t do a forehead lift, but I didn’t receive an answer. I came to Istanbul several times to have them remove my sagging skin and remove the scars. But they didn’t want to correct their mistakes. They told me that I could see another doctor in their clinic and pay for a new operation. When I asked to see the head doctor to file a complaint, the customer complaints department wouldn’t let me see the head doctor (they said he wasn’t there, etc.). They also told me that if I came to the hospital and asked to see the head doctor, they would throw me out of the hospital because I was causing concern to other hospital clients. The attitude was rude and lawless. In December 2024, I contacted the Foreign Citizens Complaints Department of the Ministry of Health, there was no answer and apparently there won’t be one. if you want students to practice on you and disfigure you, then contact this clinic to Dr. Cengizhan Ekizceli. And in general, think carefully before going to Turkey, will you be able to prove anything in a foreign country if you are disfigured. I will not remove this review under any circumstances. Now we are making a video about this clinic and will distribute it all over the world. Of course, I will have to contact another plastic surgeon after what was done to me in this clinic, but I want to protect other people.

This small detail alone reflects just how professional and attentive they are.The procedure itself was smooth and painless, and I experienced no headaches or discomfort afterward. I am truly grateful to Asli Tarcan Clinic and especially to Mr. Muhammed for his dedication and ongoing support—he has been following up with me even now, 9 days after the surgery.

Overall I had a great experience at Dentica. The final results exceeded my expectations even though it was painful during the extraction process I was given constant support from all the staff. But the organisation was tremendous and very reliable. I would highly recommend using Dentica as the end results are fantastic. And big thanks to Sandra for organising the whole treatment.

Feedback on My Hair Transplant at Estecenter, IstanbulI had a hair transplant at Estecenter in Istanbul in 2022, and unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the results. While the transplant seemed to take well in the frontal area, the vertex (top center of the head) — where they spent several hours implanting grafts — has not shown lasting improvement. That area is now noticeably thinning again.I took great care during the crucial first months, following all post-op instructions to avoid putting any strain on the implanted areas. Going through the pain, healing process, and daily precautions felt worthwhile at the time — but now, only a couple of years later, I’m left feeling let down.After investing time, money, and trust in Estecenter, I had hoped for more consistent and durable results. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as others considering a transplant deserve to know what to expect in the long term.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Also, my medical advisor. Mason was a great advisor. He was very accommodating from the time I arrived until the time I left the clinic. I definitely recommend this place for any kind of hair transplant or any other. Any other aesthetic treatments. I did the DHI method and had 5000 garfts implanted.

My experience with Dentica International - June 22nd to June 28th 2025.From the very start when I contacted Dentica International I spoke with Sandra she was so helpful and calm with my situation as my teeth had previously been done from another clinic in turkey and they were causing me a lot of issues.When I explained everything Sandra spoke with the doctors and gave me a few options with what could be done at that point I made the decision to go and get my teeth done.All transfers were included in my package.When I arrived at the airport I was picked up and taken to the hotel.The first day at clinic I met Denis and Sandra they were both so helpful and reassuring.I was then taken to Dr Enver who asked me everything and explained what could be done and he came up with a treatment plan that we both agreed on and what I was happy with.The procedure started and was completed by the end of the week.Throughout I was looked after so well including medications support.At the end of the treatment I had my teeth all complete which I am so happy and fully satisfied with.Dr Enver fitted my crowns and they are perfect exactly how I wanted I feel they are so strong with no gaps and everything has been perfectly lined up.Dr Enver was so good he did all adjustments exactly the way I wanted and my bite is now perfect.I was also given the 10 year warranty for my teeth.Sandra is lovely she kept asking me if I was happy with everything and if there were any issues she would resolve them but I can say there was no issues the team were so good.Denis he is great he was there with me all the way he was reassuring me with everything.All staff were helpful at the clinic.When I got back to the UK everyone who has seen my teeth so far have said they look so good and perfect.I recommend Dentica International to anyone who is thinking of having there teeth done in Turkey.I would like to thank every single person at Dentica International Thankyou Sanam Ashraf Din

I could not be happier with my choice to use Turkeyana Clinic. Everything I needed was covered before I had to ask; from transportation to my every need. For example, I did not have a phone charger in the hospital and was afraid I would not be able to communicate with my husband. Turkeyana Clinic took care of it. But most importantly, my facelift, necklift and eyelids surgeries were a huge success. No pain at all either. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Turkeyana Clinic!
