Flying alone for blepharoplasty in March

I booked a consultation for upper blepharoplasty in Istanbul for March and I will travel alone. I am 42 and generally calm with travel, but this is my first surgery outside my country so my brain keeps making small worries bigger. The clinic says airport pickup and hotel are included. Hotel is about 10 minutes walking from the clinic but they said I should use the driver for appointments. I asked about follow-up and they said there is one check before flying back, then WhatsApp if I have concerns. For people who went alone, what practical things helped? I am thinking: button shirt, sunglasses, easy food in room, maybe not planning any sightseeing. I do not need medical advice, just trying to imagine the boring parts like checking out of hotel, airport queue, waiting if eyes are swollen etc.
