For people who travelled with a partner, did the clinic actually help them too?

Maybe stupid question but when quote say all included, what is really included? For Body Hair Transplantation I see hotel and transfer but medication and extra check is not always clear.

I travelled with my brother for a transplant procedure, not body hair, and the clinic helped him only with airport transfer and hotel check-in. Meals, local transport for him, and any extra hotel night were on us. If your partner is coming, ask if their hotel breakfast, transfer seat, and clinic waiting area are included. Some clinics say yes, some act surprised later.
