For people who travelled with a partner, did the clinic actually help them too?

I want ask people who already went. For Breast Reduction, did you feel safe when arrive there? I dont mean medical advice, just the travel, hotel, translator, follow up messages.

My partner was included in airport transfers but not in the clinic shuttle every time. It was not a big problem, but I wish I knew before because we had to arrange one taxi.
